Forms like SSJ2 and SSJ3 literally shake the planet. Then in DragonBall Super, Goku and Whis both stated that SSJ Blue was Perfect Ki Control so they don't have to worry about accidentally destroying the planet or universe. It was part of their training to master it. It's MUCH more informative in the manga compared to the anime. And if you want to get more in depth, it's in all the DragonBall data books too. Same with the S-Cells being reasons why some Saiyans activate SJJ easier than others. Goten and Trunks were born with many S-Cells for example.

The QUALITY and choreography of the fights are infinitely better. More martial arts can be seen in Super. The story is fucking sick and is following similar levels of expansion that Z exhibited by bringing Otherworld into the picture as well as the Kai. The forms aren’t just ‘lol SSJ but with a 2 instead’ or ‘lol SSJ with long hair’, they actually have nuances to the forms. Like SSG is a base God Ki form which promotes healing. Blue is just SSJ form of that. They don’t go further than that and start delving into more unique forms such as UI, Ego, Beast and even the Spirit Saiyan form. They also made an old, useless form (Kaioken) relevant again. Multiversal dragonballs in which our familiar ones are told to have been chipped off of and are capable of summoning a fucking dragon bigger than galaxies. All the while they still kept the lighthearted tone that shows how this show is literally meant to be a fun time and nothing really else. There are so many hilarious moments that had me outright laughing out loud. Not to mention the fact that the writer became extremely conscious of their show and it’s viewers and sneaks jabs at crybabies like you in there. For example, Zeno in his entirety is a caricature of the fans. A silly child who just likes cool fights and flashy stuff but doesn’t want to pay attention to anything that matters. And ‘his word is law’ much like how the creators have to bend over backwards to please fans sometimes. And the most important thing that Super did is piss people like you off. The people who re so recessed into their childhood nostalgia that anything new is immediately scary to them and threatens their memories since their brains aren’t capable of keeping those original memories and making new ones.
