How to Replace Broken, Cracked or Missing Shower Tiles

This is a bathtub tile repair that is quite nasty, but with a little TLC it wasn’t that bad of a repair. This video shows the entire process from start to finish. First we demo, clean the edges, measure and cut the cement board, float the cement board 1/4” with thin set, let it cure and then install the custom cut tiles before grouting.
