I feel like this is a great story for one’s inner child. It feels like something a kid would come up with while playing with their action figures.
Can we all acknowledge no matter how bad the fans of Fortnite are, epic gives an incredible amount of love and respect to the crossovers they do? This whole fight is amazing and them talking in sign language is just incredible.

Bro I always loved Snake-Eyes and Deathstroke and seeing how powerful they both are and the fact that Deathstroke figured out how to talk is outstanding
I don't think he's figured out how to speak persay, I just think Deathstroke has escaped the loop way before anyone else but simply slaughtering everyone off the back.

@@bastyleano5695 that's actually a really interesting question, but considering how deathstroke vs Batman went down and ended, I highly doubt it. BUT, as all comic books go they do enjoy a twist here and there so maybe snake eyes could make another appearance in a later issue, Maybe even the last one. One little piece of information that's become obvious is with each issue there's a code for an item related to that issue. First one represented Harley getting batman dragged into this (sort of) second represented batman's hard work to build new gear to prepare himself, third one represented Catwoman's return and needed rescue. I'm expecting the fourth to be about deathstroke and batman's showdown considering it's supposed to come with a code for Slade's glider and that same day Slade should be in shop. But if this patter follows, and having all issues gives and armored batman, why do you think he'll need a full on armored suit to begin with? Clearly a massive showdown will happen and that'll be the perfect time to bring back snake eyes if done right.

@Floppa well, unlike Batman Slade is know for usually having a more aggressive nature when in a situation he doesn't like and since the loop erases your memory but not your emotions I'd imagine him slowly feeling rage and annoyance as people keep trying to attack him for reasons he doesn't understand thus leading him to massacre everyone in sight and eventually being the last one standing.
The fact that Fortnite gives more respect to Snake Eyes than most of the modern comics did is astonishing

@@maksudshtrudel1089 It's a DC produced Fortnite centred story with Batman. It's still an ad as it is about a game but the main thing is the story of the game.
This is the most crackhead plot I've ever seen, but it's well done.
@@justjoking5252 Yeah, most of the strangeness of it is because of the nature of the game of having different seasons and obviously because it's a game, and sometimes because of that the game lore gets very confusing.
Like: An entire chunk of lore about Elemental Kings got cancelled because the weapon of the first one that appeared, the ice king and his Infinity Blade, was too op so everyone hated it. And it seemed like it would be an genuine arc of four seasons with each one focusing on one king.
Or the other example, the war between two raging factions (Shadow and Ghost) suddenly stopped and never was heard from again because of the marvel collab.
At least that storyline seems to connect into the main one, with the Loop Observation and Extra Loop Observation being Ghost and Shadow.
If you look for them, there's even real life things that Epic Games did to clue us in the story.
Had a group of suited men appear in the middle of the desert at a campsite surrounding the Durr Burger mascot head? Those guys are the IO, people we met only now!
And the case of the mascot head happened two years ago. TWO YEARS AGO. From then we had already met them.

True many fortnite reviewers and leakers read them but there mostly hard to get into with the accent and young adult voice

Being honest I was not excited for this cross over, but now that I see what they're doing I have grown to this comic. Snake Eyes have always been my favorite character along with Batman, Sam Fisher, Snake, And more. But I just love how they did these characters justice all the way to the end.
Now this is a team up which as cool as it's sounds I never thought could happen but glad it did at the same time

I started playing Fortnite Thanksgiving break of 2019 with my 9yr son and nephew and my 11yr nephew and at first I couldn't see the kids obsession. From that 1st season of chapter up to now this game has me more interested than them.. I've known more of the characters and references then they have.. its actually an awesome game if you get pass the vbucks bs.. which I admit I've purchased a lot myself but when I got a solo win wearing the Kylo skin during that star wars event it felt better then going to see the phantom menace when I was a youngster, 35yr btw.. and duo's with my son are the highlights of many weekends, made 100x better that we can run around as Blade and Ghost Rider or Batman and Beast Boy.. if you haven't boarded the Fortnite train yet.. hop on next stop, you might like it.. took me a whole 10 seasons. Now you couldn't pay me to give up my seat.

I don't get it. The rules should state that if deathstroke is a fellow combatant of the island, then shouldn't that mean the rules would effect him too? More specifically, shouldn't the rule of "none of the island combatants are able to speak" apply to him as well?

I hope this means Comicstorian might go into reading some of the GI Joe comics. That said. Loved this video. love the Red Hood video's and this comic issue made my childhood sing with joy. I always wanted to see this. (I am a Snake Eyes fan so in my imagination, Snake Eyes wins.) I REALLY ope this is not a once in a life time.
