How would you know that the people who are abroad are all SouthAfricans, just because they have a SouthAfrican Passport which are given by the workers of Home Affairs by bribing. ? There is a Lot of SouthAfricans abroad who are not SouthAfricans, who cannot speak one of the languages of SouthAfrica and don"t know nothing about SouthAfrica. Are they allowed to take place in voting for any party in South Africa.? ( Big Risk).
