In this video you’ll learn everything about cooking perfect steak. Cooking times will Mary with appliances. Remove all packaging and allow the steak to come up to room temperature for 30-40 minutes before cooking.
FRY PAN:
- Rare: 6-8 minutes
- Medium: 8-10 minutes
- Well done: 10-14 minutes
Preheat a pan over a HIGH heat. Sean the steak on both sides, reduce the heat to MEDIUM and cook for times indicate, turning occasionally.
Allow the steak to rest before serving.
