- In this Christmas Bulb Topiaries 2019, I show how I take large Christmas bulbs and glue napkin rings between them to make beautiful custom Christmas Topiaries for my home decor. I made some last year but since I changed the colors in my den I made new ones this year with some differences. I show how easy and inexpensive it is to decorate your home for Christmas.
MATERIALS NEEDED:
Wood for base or glass I bought my wood at Hobby Lobby.
Large Christmas ornaments I bought mine at Old Time Pottery. (Lowe's has them also)
Glue or E6000
Napkin Rings of your choice. I used some from Hobby Lobby #5124458. You will need 3.
Rust-Oleum Glitter spray paint in Gold and Red from Walmart.

2:06-2:12: Using napkin rings gave me the courage to tackle this project. I found some bronz colored napkin rings and spray painted them silver. My topiary has three ornaments: the base ornament I found at T.J. Maxx. It’s a battery operated ceramic (??) ornament with mini LED lights around the perimeter. The top two ornaments, I found at Michael’s: one ornament design and one bell design. I topped it with a wire ribbon 🎀 in a plaid design that miraculously matches the plaid bucket I randomly found at Michael’s. It took a few toppled attempts for me to realize that I needed to add a significant glob of hot glue to make the napkin rings stick to the ornaments. But it worked and it looks FABULOUS. 😊 Thank You

I posted my ornament topiary. Love the way they look. I used a gift box for my base and just love it!! So easy to customize them. Wanted to make sure they were sturdy so I used a wooden dowel in the center. Tfs💗🌲

Love these! Going to do a set of three, in varying heights. Tallest will have 4 balls, medium size will have 3, small will have 2. Will do in silver, cobalt blue and white. Thanks for a great idea for my foyer!

They look very nice, but I think I would like three or four in different sizes like a 10 inch ball and 8” and 6” ball and then the skinny finial on the top
