How do you guys know where to go? The ocean is a big place and when we run offshore off of Long Beach NY we see no signs of life past 60ft of water

A combination of using satellite temp and chlorophyll charts and networking with friends. I use terrafin for my satellite charts.

It really depends on the day, but this season there has been a bite in the 10-15 mile range for bluefin.
