We always tell our visitors to leave the rocks in Hawaii. When it leaves the islands sometimes the bearer of a pohaku (rock) runs into some kind of mishap. I don't know how it works in other parts of the planet, but in Hawaii it's a well known legend. But, keep on making them awesome vids. To end a mishap, one must send the pohaku (rock) back to Hawaii or one can throw it back into the sea hopefully sending it back to Madam 'Pele'....the Goddess of Volcanoes and Fire.

I went to the ruins but didn't do the trail because we were short of time for our cruise. I doubt I won't be able to finish that trail anyways due to respiratory issues. In the end I got lost in the ruins ( lot of people) and I was met with a violent re-encounter but made it to the boat. Glad you are doing the trail for me. Volcanoes should be a separate travel series. Next one Mauna loa, and all Hawaii Then Centroamérica, Chile etc Your' welcome
