- I was looking for a trekking pole set-up with an M.O.D. basha that i could use on open ground. No need for trees etc. I wanted it to be enclosed on three sides but still have enough room for me to sleep, and cover my kit.
I actually couldn't find a set-up that matched my needs, but after playing around for a while, this is what I came up with.
I have been using similar clamps for over 18 years they are amazing.
BRILLIANT 😉👍🏻 out of sight, out of mind 👀👍🏻🇺🇸🎣🎣🎣
Cheers TPHVICTIMS. Looking to do some "stealth" once the weather breaks.
owtnabowt , your videos are pretty darn good. 😉👍🏻🇺🇸🎣
My only problem with my basha is that, having eyelets, they're effectively holes that let rain in, so always need the bivi bag too.
I prefer the dd 3×3 for this reason, but prefer the smaller footprint of the basha
Ho Mally. Never noticed a problem with that, but will def' keep an eye on it now.
Where did you get those clamps from? Many thanks in advance
Hi Akshay. The clamps are on amazon. The video link below shows them being used a bit better, and there's a link to the amazon page in the video description.

Interesting setup thanks! Just subbed. I've been trying some basha setups myself this Summer. Would appreciate your thoughts if you fancy taking a look at my channel. Cheers 👍
Hi Des, Sorry its taken me so long to get back to you. I'm still fairly new to RUclips so struggle to catch all the comments. I'll take a look at ypur channel and be sure to comment.
@@owtnabowt2723 No worries! 👍👍
