The first game I rented for PS2. The blockbuster assistant had a smirk on their face and after 45 mins of game play I knew why.
Guessing cause he didn't slip you an adult feature film to enjoy on your best selling DVD player?
Try getting it as your 8 year old birthday present because I loved the movies.
I miss the days when renting games was even a thing. Last game I ever rented was a Wii Wario game, idr the title but it wasn't the warioware one, it was a sidescroller and quite good.

Your resident Triple Jump archaeologist here! (Sorry about the double comment) First of all, entrance to the British Museum is free. Go to a museum, guys. But about your post-mortem (mortum? muertom?) rights, countries usually have a set period of time that you are legally allowed to rest in peace. Here in Sweden you only have the right to 25 years in your burial plot until, if necessary, you can be moved. As about the whole "Where is the line between grave robbing and archaeology" debate, a lot of it is about methodology (if it is a scientific excavation, etc), and whether or not the culture still exists. As for most of what is on display at the BM... yes, give that back. Cheeky Brits.

I followed your work from WhatCulture through Vidiots and now I am here.
I just hope that the system of game selection goes back to the original way. I think the best Worst Games Ever episodes were the ones at WC Gaming, because there you chose games that the game's master knew. I really love the science facts of the episodes but the series and movie tie-in episodes where you had no clue about the properties were sometimes boring. But when you had proper knowledge about a game not just wikipedia facts was excellent.
Well that's just my opinion and hope, regardless I am happy to see you again. :)

With Tiny Peepers point about archaeology, often when human remains are found (e.g. in the excavation of a previous cemetery site) archaeologists handle them with a great deal of respect and can often be used to fill in records using the methods of identification available by just looking at the skeleton. More often than not, skeletons are safely and carefully removed before being re-interred with a proper burial once research (which can often dramatically increase understanding about their lives and the conditions they faced) is concluded.
This was my birthday present at 8 years old alongside Summoner (2001) as my 3rd PS2 I ever owned! Glad you guys have covered it on how bad it is!

Who's ready for a bit of lit games for bankers?
The beginning of this game reminds me of Nicholas Cage's average visit to a museum. Shaved head, weird outfit, most likely to somehow steal a dinosaur skull while fighting with cops and ninjas.

On one hand I kinda hate that you have to censor yourselves and can't curse, but on the other hand, seemingly innocuous (or not so) innuendos can be made, which are often much more clever.

I think they used a lot of genuine swearwords but just translated them to Chinese dialects. Rhyming slang could also work e.g. 'Jeremy Hunt' etc ...
You weren't too wrong about archaeology but in modern commercial (which majority of digging is done now). Bodies that are excavated get reburied and are only disturbed when the skeleton is at risk of being destroyed i.e a new block of houses and the body is respected.
So so glad to see you’re still here and as funny as ever! No matter what, you’ll always have an audience that love you. Keep up the amazing work guys!

Been wondering when I was going to stumble upon the first episode of this! And if I'd even have known it. Turns out: it was easy to figure out.
And you ain't wrong, people mock IGN for having a review scale that began at 7, but most of the industry seemed to have one that began at 5. Sadly people got used to it, and most readers also seem to think that games are graded like high school papers, where anything under 6 is "failing" so what's the point of going lower than 5?

Kinda hard for everyone’s favorite little henchman to be a playable character considering he got eaten by scarabs at the end of the first film and this game is based off the sequel, but I agree with you since Beni is the shit in my honest opinion. 🤣
He didn’t have eyeballs in the original mummy when they first woke him up but since he was frozen fully human I guess he didn’t revert back to his completely decayed form so he had eyeballs in the mummy returns. It’s like he had suck the soul out of one person in the original one that’s how it starts
Well, I think the main takeaway from this is, Billy is faster than sonic.
