Virginia Braden I “failed” at using/reading tarot because of the one RW deck that I had bought 10 years ago. I could not connect to it. It’s too bright in coloring and the harsh lining didn’t do it for me. So I felt like tarot was not for me until very recently when I realized that each deck has it’s own energy. But after your comment I’m able to see it differently considering I started sketching, drawing and coloring myself. So thanks for getting me into another perspective towards that deck 💜
It is true, the two other decks are too much. But if I have to choose one of them, I prefer the Illuminati one. It has neater images. Among my decks I prefer a Tarot de Marseille, nice and clear images and beautiful colors. Simplicity is beautiful too.

What struck me with the book of the Tarot Apokalypsis is the depth and breadth of research that went into it, it is head and shoulders above similar books (including footnotes/bibliography!). Also, fascinating as a read - you can feel every character's voice as it is talking to you. Kim Huggens should be given an award for this.

Great video presentation and great art work of Erik Dunne. I decided to order both decks and they are both amazing. I am not a fan of computer generated decks , but this two are so beautiful. Must-have for readers and collectors.

The strength card is depicting Durga. It’s an absolutely beautiful depiction! This is my very first look at that deck and now I want it just for that card alone!!

I'm so glad other people are loving this deck. I love the diversity and the cultures they chose. This is the first photo realism type deck I have really liked. I have heard people comment that it's too garish or gaudy but I prefer to think opulent and dramatic and although I don't want many decks like this, I certainly feel there is a place for at least one, this one. I like that the edges are not gilded and look forward to edging it and putting my personal stamp on it. I think that now that I have written this I am going to copy it over into Amazon reviews :).

hii elle. my names adrienne. im a huge fan of yours! 😁 i was really reluctant to like the tarot illuminati & especially with the tarot apokalypsis. i looked at tarot illuminati first & loved the major arcana, water, & swords suits. not gonna lie- i was disapointed in the pentacles & wands because its the typical representation of different areas of the world, specifically the asian minorities. being multicultural kinda makes it a bummer trying to find different types culture in a tarot deck. lovee the deck though. i decided to look at the tarot apokalypsis, so i came here. ive see the wands before.. wasnt the biggest fan & thought it wasnt going to be for me. now i realize how diverse it is. its exactly what im looking for. youre so well informed. loving your tarot fixation! thanks for sharing!

I got the Apokalypsis and like it a lot, but some of the cards were defective and had no lamination on them, so I had to exchange! I wonder if anyone else had this issue. Do you think the cardstock on the Illuminati is... kind of awful? I ordered it from Amazon awhile back and not only were the corners of the cards all bent, but I felt the cardstock was like cheap cardboard. I ended up returning the it. I wonder if I just got a weird one, or if all the cardstock is that bad. Hmmm.
The pages of my Apokalypsis book were upside down in relation to the cover. Maybe they are into the grappa back at LoScarbeo? May other people have received damaged cards.

The author has his cultures mixed up in the Tarot Illuminati and there are errors in Apokalypsis, as the ancient Egyptians never knew of the camel. They used ships on the Nile for transport. However it is not my deck.
Im afraid it is you who is "mixed up" my dear...The one-humped camel or dromedary is already sporadically attested in the Early Dynastic Period, but it was not regularly used until much later. Foreign conquerors (Assyrians, Persians, Alexander the Great) brought the camel on a greater scale to Egypt. Certainly in the Ptolemaic Period, and perhaps already under the Persians (525-343 BC), the camel (also the two-humped camel ) was used as main transport animal for the desert. But...." it is NOT your deck" so you dont have to worry about it!
LOL....Even Professors error....particularly Archaelogy professors! The Egyptian characters in my deck are "inspired" by the Ptolemaic period when the camel was in common use.

For the moon card I guess they didn't include a path because hecate is a torch bearing guide through darkness so she represent that path ! ;)!
