I am normally not a huge fan of Superman and Batman stories, because usually the writers portray batman as soooooo much better then Sups but this one I do like, both are equal and it kinda shows that they depend on each other, that they are friends and they trust each other. I never like it when they have batman reveal that he has an anti-superman weapon and that superman gets all pissed off, in this one he doesn't and I like it! He realizes that he is akin to a god on earth and that, if he ever lost control, he would have to be stopped. Awesome story, love it! 10/10
Now Die The writer's pretty cool about them both. He's described them as "Batman will never give up. Superman will never give up on you".

Superman....tragic story really. His victories are just as batman says. Bittersweet. Seems like he gets further and further from everything and everyone. That's why I think he and batman are such good friends.

Superman....tragic story. He gives and gives and always seems to get fucked over pretty hard. Yet he keeps on. Inspiring, but sad. I think that's why his closest friends usually risk death to help him. Especially batman. It's very touching. Especially with that sad music at the end...

i wonder if batman's last line was meant to show the difference between himself and superman. I dont think that batman really ever does step into the sunlight, but superman has to. Batman is always surrounded by fear and anger, both his and those of his enemies, yet superman is always in the light, always a beacon of hope. Just a little food for thought.

I always loved reading the Batman/Superman team-ups and would watch all of them if you posted them.
As interesting as all this is, it puts me to sleep. But I really mean that in a good way. I work midnights and I go to bed at 8am. I play these video and pass out immediately.
