Spencer is a blessing for her. There’s nothing worse than dealing with attacks in the presence of someone who doesn’t understand/take it serious. I’ve had attacks like this my whole life and can count on one single hand how many times someone has been patient enough to talk me through it. In my opinion, the worst part of anxiety is the loneliness of it. Having to fight for yourself before you whither away because no one else is speaking up or helping. I’m genuinely sad for this girl that she is going through this. It’s painful to watch. If she reads this, I hope you can see the amount of people who are rooting for you exceeds the amount against you by drastic measures. Didnt know who this girl was , had never heard of her but now I'm sat here crying for her. I felt like you were me, the anxiety, the attacks the insecurity. It wipes your body out. I've been hospitalised twice in the last few years down to panic attacks, where I feel like I'm having a heart attack and my hands cramp up and I cant open them. My heart hurts for you. I've learnt to control it better, the older I get the less I'm finding i care what other people think. I can totally relate on the sunglasses thing aswell. I would keep mine on all the time if i didnt think people would look and think i was an idiot for wearing them when the sun wasnt out. Your a beautiful girl inside and out. I suffer with anxiety and depression as well as a stomach condition and it can be unbearably painful. I would advise to go to the doctors to get some tablets to help the anxiety even if it is for a short period. Or speak to mind they are amazing. When you are having an anxiety attack, try getting in to the child’s pose (used in yoga). This pose will naturally stop you from hyperventilating when having an attack making it more manageable. Whilst doing this also try grounding yourself (thinking of 3 things you can feel & hear). This will help you come out of the anxiety attack mentally by making you feel more in control of your own body again. Hope this helps 🤍🤍

I tried the grounding thing and it kind of worked, but I had such a bad one the other day that I couldn’t focus on anything and my mom told me to start counting back from 100 and I got down to 33 before I could focus on my surroundings again but that really helped me ❤️❤️ Sending love to everyone❤️

Watching this brought back so many memories I watched how bullying destroyed my little sister. Broke my heart watching my little sister from bubbly right to depressed and listening to how scared and upset she was every night and there was nothing I could do. I was a buddy and a peer at school along with working on the beat bullying campaign when it came out. My sister is amazing and like you got an amazing husband.
The fact that Imogen was mi panic attack and she naturally responds to Spencer with ‘are you ok’ just shows that she is just an effortlessly kind and empathetic person.

Trolling is a very unreal and unfortunate part of this career and it just isn't going to change over night and I am very worried about your health as this will never 100% go away, most RUclipsrs seem to ignore it for the most part but it seems to really really affect you more so than others and It's very concerning, please think about it! I entirely agree with you. It seems that very many have been telling her to withdraw and rebalance, which would be the most objectively sane thing to do. Yet she's still filming herself crying, still uploading. I can only conclude that her desire for an audience overrides any other consideration. Unfortunately social media is a bit of a poison chalice. Many in the wider performing professions have broken themselves in a quest for superficial adulation, a need to be 'someone'. If their psyche is weaker than their ego, they fragment. It's so sad, but ultimately it's her choice. I do feel genuinely sorry for her.

And i refuse to go back om socials for anything personal as its not a trap i want to fall back into l, My husband has helped me to focus on my purpose and to keeo going and I've glad I kept going, because we should do what we because WE love it not for others, I hear you and feel you beautiful.

If it’s not already being taught in schools, I think online behaviour and the effects of online bullying needs to be address to younger people. Just so from an early age these individuals can see the effect their words can have on people. The anxiety & trauma it can give to someone.. It honestly breaks my heart seeing someone become a victim of such hatred & vile words. When I was younger, I was also on the receiving end of a similar kind of hatred from some awful people that would pull me to parts about the way I look, especially my hair & it honestly tore me down. The fact she’s constantly thinking of others and putting them first no matter what she is going through - her boyfriend asks if she’s okay when she’s having a panick attack and she also takes the time to ask if he’s okay even though she was in a horrible situation. Also when she was awake at night in the worst pain and so upset but she still didn’t want to wake up Spencer so that he had a good night sleep.❤️

Omg you gave me the chills when you said you feel like you've lost your spark. I'm sorry you've had to go through this . I've had it all my life for being overweight. People don't realise how much words can hurt, and bullies have destroyed my mental health. 38 years old and I am still affected my how I was treated in my teens - when I describe this period, I say I could feel them taking the shine off me, exactly what you're feeling about losing your spark. Fortunately you will be able to overcome this by seeing that your supporters outnumber your haters. I can only dream that one day I would be able to feel the same.

Spencer is a blessing for her. There’s nothing worse than dealing with attacks in the presence of someone who doesn’t understand/take it serious. I’ve had attacks like this my whole life and can count on one single hand how many times someone has been patient enough to talk me through it. In my opinion, the worst part of anxiety is the loneliness of it. Having to fight for yourself before you whither away because no one else is speaking up or helping. I’m genuinely sad for this girl that she is going through this. It’s painful to watch. If she reads this, I hope you can see the amount of people who are rooting for you exceeds the amount against you by drastic measures. Thousands of people are on your side so I hope you never feel alone ❤️

Didnt know who this girl was , had never heard of her but now I'm sat here crying for her. I felt like you were me, the anxiety, the attacks the insecurity. It wipes your body out. I've been hospitalised twice in the last few years down to panic attacks, where I feel like I'm having a heart attack and my hands cramp up and I cant open them. My heart hurts for you. I've learnt to control it better, the older I get the less I'm finding i care what other people think. I can totally relate on the sunglasses thing aswell. I would keep mine on all the time if i didnt think people would look and think i was an idiot for wearing them when the sun wasnt out. Your a beautiful girl inside and out. When you are having an anxiety attack, try getting in to the child’s pose (used in yoga). This pose will naturally stop you from hyperventilating when having an attack making it more manageable. Whilst doing this also try grounding yourself (thinking of 3 things you can feel & hear). This will help you come out of the anxiety attack mentally by making you feel more in control of your own body again. Hope this helps 🤍🤍

Watching this brought back so many memories I watched how bullying destroyed my little sister. Broke my heart watching my little sister from bubbly right to depressed and listening to how scared and upset she was every night and there was nothing I could do. I was a buddy and a peer at school along with working on the beat bullying campaign when it came out. My sister is amazing and like you got an amazing husband.
The fact that Imogen was mi panic attack and she naturally responds to Spencer with ‘are you ok’ just shows that she is just an effortlessly kind and empathetic person.

I entirely agree with you. It seems that very many have been telling her to withdraw and rebalance, which would be the most objectively sane thing to do. Yet she's still filming herself crying, still uploading. I can only conclude that her desire for an audience overrides any other consideration. Unfortunately social media is a bit of a poison chalice. Many in the wider performing professions have broken themselves in a quest for superficial adulation, a need to be 'someone'. If their psyche is weaker than their ego, they fragment. It's so sad, but ultimately it's her choice. I do feel genuinely sorry for her.

I came off social media for 2 years no instagram, no facebook, no nothing until this March, I needed to sort out my health physically and mentally, and the anxiety I had of coming back on was awful and I felt so pathetic but it was reality which is crazy seeming I had modelled for 10 years and here I was anxious about coming on RUclips even though I thought I was ready, then I battled the fear, and came on regardless mainly because I knew half of the people who knew me wouldn't see the videos anyway haha it then took me 5 months to find the balls to go back on Instagram and even though it was purely for my business as I love helping others live a healthier lifestyle, it still made me so anxious and it's horrid that something like social can have such an effect. And i refuse to go back om socials for anything personal as its not a trap i want to fall back into l, My husband has helped me to focus on my purpose and to keeo going and I've glad I kept going, because we should do what we because WE love it not for others, I hear you and feel you beautiful.

I've only come across her now and this is so heart breaking...She seems so sweet and lovely and the fact that people and their negativity have broken her down so much and made her feel so bad about herself when she was able to grow from the insecurity she had when she was a teenager. As someone who's had experience both having panic and anxiety attacks as well as helping friends who've had them this is honestly so hard to watch but this video is so necessary to show how words can hurt someone and that it's not just mentally that they suffer but that it can take a physical tole. You need to report this to the police, especially the death threats it's harassment. And its gotten way out of control. I pray whoever is doing this never has to watch their daughter, sisiter or friend go through this, its heartbreaking to watch somone loose themselves completely.

If it’s not already being taught in schools, I think online behaviour and the effects of online bullying needs to be address to younger people. Just so from an early age these individuals can see the effect their words can have on people. The anxiety & trauma it can give to someone.. It honestly breaks my heart seeing someone become a victim of such hatred & vile words. When I was younger, I was also on the receiving end of a similar kind of hatred from some awful people that would pull me to parts about the way I look, especially my hair & it honestly tore me down. In reflection it’s made me who I am today but nobody should ever have to endure such cruelty. nobody. Imogen, you’re such a beautiful & strong individual. Always remember that 💛

The fact she’s constantly thinking of others and putting them first no matter what she is going through - her boyfriend asks if she’s okay when she’s having a panick attack and she also takes the time to ask if he’s okay even though she was in a horrible situation. Also when she was awake at night in the worst pain and so upset but she still didn’t want to wake up Spencer so that he had a good night sleep.❤️

I can relate to this so much! You’re right about anxiety. Mines been getting worse and I can’t pinpoint the reason for it. Gets to the point where I can’t leave the house or I have to be in a certain proximity of my house so I can run back if I need to. Anxiety is the worst!

I'm sorry you've had to go through this . I've had it all my life for being overweight. People don't realise how much words can hurt, and bullies have destroyed my mental health. 38 years old and I am still affected my how I was treated in my teens - when I describe this period, I say I could feel them taking the shine off me, exactly what you're feeling about losing your spark.
Fortunately you will be able to overcome this by seeing that your supporters outnumber your haters. I can only dream that one day I would be able to feel the same.
