Great review mate, I am a big fan of Mel and really loved his interview with Rogan talking about the Passion of the Christ sequel, really insightful on his filmmaking process and how his beliefs inform his storytelling. Sad that this one is lacking as he's made some really outstanding films in the past. I think Hacksaw Ridge and Apocalypto are my favourites of his. Really like the mention of Dockery in Boy Kills Worlds as well as she was great in that one. I'm a big fan of Downton Abbey so always rooting for her haha Also, 'What the fuck was with that moose?!' 😂 great stuff bud 👏

Yeah, this one for me was very similar to The Wolf Man, the ingredients are there to create an adrenaline fueled, intense, thrill ride. But it never really comes together.
