I found the tracks on the John Peel wiki.

It's from a collection of reel to reels by the Decktician, which was digitised by members of the Peel Mailing List and John Peel Fandom wiki. The other tracks from the show this came from are also available. peel.fandom.com/wiki/25_October_1973
