Great tutorial. I had a minor issue where I didn't have Gaussian - Inverse, so I did a little research and was able to fix it in 2 seconds. To fix it: 1: Click the gear icon (where you can choose small or large icons). 2: Now click "Contours". 3: When the dialog appears, click "Ok".
You wont believe. Even though yours is awesome, I made the same but instead of the planet, I put my face and is 10x better. Every one should try it with their face
Hi Marty Pls do more of space tutorials as I am a space enthusiast as well as Photoshop fan. It will help me a lot by fueling the curiosity. Thanks Love from India
Hi Marty, I am very new to Photoshop. I really love your videos. When I downloaded the PDF, I only had the file for the cracks file, not the stone file.
On time frame 4:56 where we have the channels for some rare reason I can not use the crtl + to lock on the RGB. I've used Ctrl+2 or the commands you have stated, but still can't get Photoshop to understand the commands. I'm using Windows 10 with the new Photoshop 2022 and have stopped here. Any help on this would be great. Thanks in advance. By the way. Your tutorials are superb, not to mention your kind voice in illustrating them. Wonderful job Sir. It just maybe me on my part, but was hoping for a quick solution.
I'm a big fan of your work, Marty! Btw, where can we find the 2nd image? There's just 1 image in the link. Thanks, and looking forward to this project.
Enjoying it so far. On a sidenote at timestamp 10:11 - Where do I find contour: "Gaussian Inverse"? I don't seem to have it in my contours..Oh and I tried your previous answer.. Still no "Gaussian Inverse" :(
Hey, I need help...I always stuck on 4.20 when I need to move spheres...instead of spheres, when I move it I got weird stone crack square...what to do?
Excellent video. Well done and appreciated. But why zeros are pronounced Oh when they are mixed with letters. I know there are no letter O in the hex code but why not say zero? Is it that hard?
6:16 i try to do it 1000000 times BUT my pts dont think so. when i tick in Outer Glow, it worked not like you, my outer glow works with all planet. Conflict and wonder where is my mistake !!!!

The PSD file only contains the cracks image when opened in Photoshop CC 2022. It is the only layer in the file. I have downloaded it several times using different methods but I still only have the one layer.
Please click "Show More" under the video. I state the following: "The PSD file includes 2 textures - the preview will show only , but when opened, you'll see 2! 1drv.ms/u/s!ArAEPhCK6XBWgbFPAX6di8fsiAgr_Q?e=TygdT6
@@BLTV_Photoshop Sorry, but even when opened in Photoshop I only get the cracks layer. The stone layer doesn't appear for some reason. This is the first time I've ever had problems opening one of these types of files. In the video once the file is opened in Photoshop it shows both layers. Mine only has the one. This is in both CC 2021 and 2022.

It's not "Ctrl +". It's Ctrl-click. In other words, when you click the channel, make sure you're pressing the Ctrl key.

Hi, where do I get the cracks and planets images from?
Below the title of the video is the video's description. Click "Show More". You'll see the link to the PSD document containing both textures.
Would be nice to do this on After Effects 😍🤯👌
