This guy is the real deal. Bravo.
Very nice and easy recipe. Within a few minutes of simmering, the kitchen was filled with that unmistakable spanakorizo smell.
I knew then that I was on the right track.
Thanks for sharing.

CLARA3952 koss my daughter has lived in Greece for 30 or so years.her mother in law is Greek. Very good cook. liisa,my daughter just told me she puts a little tomato paste in it, but I think it depends who is the Greek cook. It’s like making pilaf here. Many variations. That’s what I love about cooking !
I was thinking about what to gonna eat tonight, when I saw this passing trough. So I'm gonna make this! Looks delicious and I'm sure it will be tasting like you wanna smash the fork in the sink.. I will do so.. HAHAHA!

Looks great! Gonna make some today! Quick question. Did you use 1 cup or 2 cups of rice? In the first frame it says 2 cups but in the video you say just 1
Thanks very much Drew!!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 It’s actually 1 cup of rice….
@@KensGreekTable wow thank you so much for the quick response! You’re the man!

Also do u wash the rice ?
+Nathan Farias Thanks for your comment Nathan! No, you don't need to wash the rice:-)) Good luck!!!!!
Cheers,
Ken🇨🇦
What type of rice did you use?
Thank you for your question. For these type of recipes I typically use long grain rice. I’ve also tested basmati and it turned out great as well.
Hey Ken in the video you say 3 cups of water for one cup of rice but you only put in one one on camera. 3 seems like to much. Is this an error?
+Malcolm Lewis Very observant Malcolm, but the 3 cups is correct. The other 2 do not appear in the video. The additional water is to help cook down the dish. It evaporates away:-))
