Test drove this in Premium trim last week. I really appreciate the interior upgrades. More quiet too.
I just got one - had to wait 4 weeks for a 6 cyl to be available and while at the dealer, another customer came in and said they'd give 500 more than what I was paying for it... the 3.6 is in demand out there for sure.. I took it on my first roadtrip out to the Grand Canyon area in northern AZ (1400 miles roundtrip) to break it in. I love this car... It did as well on the desert trails as it did on the highway. Feels great, handles great, and looks great -

Looks great, but are they gonna offer their Lineartronic Boxer Diesel to the North American market this time, as it suits the vehicle even better than the gas version ?? !!

When are you going to test drive this car? V-6 preferably.
Its a nice ride and very capable, but I always though this looked more like a station wagon that an suv or cuv, or even cross over.
so do they offer it in a manual? sounds like they dont from what you said about all offered with a cvt and padel shifters

The 2005 gets 22mpg combined. 6mpg improvement in 10yrs.
Swivel The 2005 H6 is 22mpg combined, the H4 is 26mpg combined.
The cars have gained weight since then, mainly due to more air bags, more crumple zones, etc. to the tune of 300lbs or so.
same thing happened from '99-05.
My '99 gets 26-27 combined, but weighs less than an '05.
