I don't know what kind of head space you were in last time but I hope you're able to approach this time with conpassion and grace. If you're anything like me I struggle with all or nothing and obsessive thinking so certain challenges like this don't work for my mental health. Don't be afraid to adapt it to fit your needs. ❤

I'm so impressed by all the little things you do to make this work - sleeping over by parents to get in the early morning workouts. You absolutely will find ways to easily fit all the parts into your life soon, even though right now it might feel all-consuming. Keep up the amazing work!! I especially love your positive attitude - just keep those positive vibes going, and you will crush this!
You are doing great! Keep up the awesome work! I love watching your videos! They’re so realistic and I for one can relate! My biggest problem is wine lol I really love a glass (or two) in the night time after my kids are gone to bed and me and my husband are just relaxing and watching a movie or whatever. You really are an inspiration! Can’t wait to see the finishing results 🙌

I would consider adding on an additional 15 minutes of exercise on the days you are at home, and then do less time on the days you commute. It will make the days you ar3 commuting more achievable.
This is a great idea. I think when we do these challenges we feel discouraged when we’re not perfect. Nothing in life is perfect. But if doing everything by the book is what we want to feel accomplished I think modifying still gives that!
Would you here mind if I shared with you (this community) about my journey? Just last night, with my first night without alcohol in too long I actually slept great. Also, how do you pick a diet/eating regimen? I was think something along intermittent fasting for maybe 12, 14 or 16 hours. Constructive opinions welcomed.
