Craving neraiya irukum bothu raw fruit is must. Ithellam follow panunga time ku sapidunga. Kandipa ungalku result varum bro. Protein chicken and fish 150gm to 200gm like varuval or fish puttu.

    Bro's I am having little issue last year November my weight was 102.7.. I struggled more for taking floor steps ..normally all works I felt pain..
    So I controlled by food ... I followed intermittent fast.. no sugar.. no junk.. no oil foods,
    I took mrng puffed rice with chick peas and green gram salad ..
    Then afternoon I took normal rice,sambar,poriyal
    Eveng some chickpeas snacks
    Dinner 2-3 chpaathis and one spoon rice..
    I followed this diet and walking December month 12,000 steps and January 16,000 steps per day ..
    I done plank for reducing belly stomach ..
    At February I was 90kg some thing..upto March I continued i came to 87kg..
    103-87..
    After February
    that no walkings non veg started.. junk started ...
    Now weighing 90
    BMI touched obesity stage 1...
    Nowadays i taking tea with stevia drops mrng only if possible I carry my stevia drops bottle I bought sugarless tea and add my drops ..
    No sugar items
    12 hours no break after dinner ... eveng time mixture or pori .
    No fast walking ..just walking in my site work area ..
    Pls suggest hereafter wat I have to do for losing more weight ... Wats the procedure pls do a video

      Since you have ulcer, don't listen to anything. Get help from doctor.
      Ask your doctor what kind of diet should you follow for weightloss. Just listen to him.
      Walking is good but better go to a gym and do some muscle training. This will burn your fats like anything.
      You shouldn't compromise on diet, you should eat properly 3 times. but your diet should be healthy. Avoid junks, sugar, oil at all cost.
