Fucking LOVE Jason so much! He's like a buddhist monk mixed w a legendary entrepreneur or smth. So, so, so much respect for going against the grain and looking inward and figuring out what works and what doesn't work from scratch for himself. Can't praise him enough. Thanks for all you do Chase

This episode deserves a RUclips award. And so does this channel.
I was listening to this via podcast and just love this whole episode esp since we use Basecamp and some of his values are same things I follow with how I run my business.
Great to hear the comparison to Gary V. Love the idea of focusing on particular aspects of your business and saying no to potential business to stay on your visualized path. Chase, thanks for delving into the thought process of your guests.
Really great content. I enjoyed it. Is there maybe a book or podcasts that touches on subjects that a manager may ask an employee and how the employee should respond? You know the classical questions a manager might ask: “Can you estimate how long this task might take?” “Is this bug something we need to worry about?”
The intention was to be reductive in nature. Strip it down to focus on the conversation and less about the color, the background, the place... More recent interviews are finally back to color. Let me know what you think.

What is „Ryan‘s Book“ mentioned at 1:00:10? Does anyone know?
"The Ego is the enemy" by Ryan Holiday
@Jarvis, any reason why this is black and white? Lol...or is it grey?

@@ChaseJarvis prefer black and white 👍🏻
Chase’s body language is far too relax to the extent he does not give enough respect to his guest
