- Thanks to DPodDolphin for making this possible! Essentially, this is a train which runs based on certain images on your screen, allowing you to drive without doing anything at all. Leave a like if you enjoyed :)

Always imagined what if there is ATO in SCR, this is probably the closest we can get lol
I added an option in the code for realistic ATO, the driver is required to tell the train to proceed to the next station, but that wasn't showcased in this example.
just to note: airport parkway got a revamp on the new sneak peek
It was airport terminal 3
@@honyatwashere Sunday 10th sneak peek was to do with airport parkway
Big brain
I had this idea a while ago too, but never tried it. It/s nice of you to make one of these videos
This could prob work with GS > Benton with tinytask or smth. The only problem would be the timetabling system
Im working on more realistic time tables right now. But it’s still in the early stages. Answer if you want to join
This self driving thing is super cool. I can go downstairs and do the dishes while the train drives itself
I'd love that too!
Wow, incredible!
Anybody seen the new sneak peek recently?
Imo it’s one of the best for V1.10
it's not out yet.
@@Planetrainguy It's not out for me.
@@Planetrainguy i don't see the 66
@@z2ntix zoom iin to the right
@@networker730 That could be any train.
I made a voice operated train using a bit of software that takes my voice and assigns it to a key bind. For example, 'Brake' makes the software press 'S' on its virtual keyboard driver, which slows the train in SCR down.
To be honest I've made one for DJMN but it broke because of the slower acceleration.
Instead of looking on the screen, it is a macro which follows keystrokes that I have perfectly measured
More SCR youtubers should do this aswell. It would be cool to see. 🤔

Trainz Driver 2 AI trains when they stop at a signal or buffers: 1:13
I just upgraded from driving on an android to using a PC laptop. How do you get those Ariel shots and a look at the back of the train ?
Lol it’s sneak peek Sunday but it’s already Monday in Australia lol
Rip
Not mean
Rip
Rip indeed
I’m currently staying up at 3am to watch this… I’m in Australia
@Dweller Whan is If SCR was on BBC News #3 is Goning be released?
That’s what you call drivers having their coffee ☕️
I wonder if scr should have npc trains run player routes which could make the game feel less barren
Hello, can you please tell the developers there is a glitch that doesn’t allow you to enter the training tab? Thank you!
i didnt know Dpod played this hes a commentator for IFR F1 discord
Heard about stepford airport parkway being upgraded
Stafford county railway is my favourite game
Yes
Is that a new way to grind points in scr?
Imagine if the 67' stock (which is automatic) gets added so the driver dont need to.... Yeah
Edit: as i was commenting there was 67 comments
Yesterday when i was playing when arriving coxly and stopping i couldnt open the doors and it said arrive coxly but i was in coxlyso i slowly left and it didnt say anything then the gamr froze indicating it was a glitch
Dweller what if u get spaded? Does the system not work?
I wonder if it will do it
Is this ATO on Thameslink in SCR
New Sneak Peek: Esterfield has been released.
In theory, it is easily doable for any route, by identifying signals, which although are incredibly inaccurate, function at a "good enough" state in coordination with distance as a measure of where to stop, and will then press T. If it
- Opens doors, just wait
- Asks you to move forward, move forward for a few seconds.
For terminating stops, the best bet is to listen to the announcements, otherwise I've missed something (Not sure if it's doable with Autohotkey), then using the red light for the buffer, or the signal for stopping at a through station without a buffer.
Then of course, you could just record all of them in a macro/playback software with an autohotkey script running auto AWS etc, but you could also just include the AWS inside the macro recording (requires spamming).
^ The above is a theory analysis, of course, it's not tested, might test if I want to screw around with the systems, but of course, I don't have any plans to release it.
POV: You are lazy to drive a train in what is essentially a railroad simulator and instead need a macro/program to do everything for you, even rejecting the offer to buy points using Robux, which is dirt cheap.
The code does not really have access to the game and relies on what is on the screen
The code could just look at the gui below and at the signal for green yellow and red pixels
Also it is probably difficult to listen to the announcements
@@TheFirstWoffle I mean, all the announcements are definite and are voiced by the same person, it shouldn't be hard for voice recognition software understand that.
I have also mentioned that, yes, the code is required to depend on the screen, such as the upcoming signal, speed limit, and stopping point.
(The reason why the screen is important is for stopping when terminating and finding the right car stop)
@@DsYkX We start with blank code, it will definitely be difficult to code some speech recognition
I do not know how difficult reading will be because the text is text and its easier than handwritten words
The car markers could be difficult because by only using pixel colours, it would be difficult to differ between 3 and 4 car markers, and we need to account for if the platform is on the left or right.
Other than that I don't believe there are anymore problems
@@TheFirstWoffle Doesn't have to be my code. Take Tom Scott's video on botching using Autohotkey, I could definitely take a voice recognition service, have it RDC to another machine, which is running speech recognition, then have the output go to the game on my main machine. Incredibly scuffed, but remember, my comment is about the possibility of how one could be made, and some food for thought. (Keep note, you could just program a macro, but this is so that it would work with lights, and every single route on every train).
Hello Ds I am terry
RMT be like: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
bro I've tried to make this self-driving system 2 years ago
ATO in scr be like
Derailing kinda does exist because o f the movement error message
I had thought of making a automatic driving script for SCR
The system have a lot of improvement, but it is very good. Well done
In theory you could make it with python
@@pharrellshek9679 idk how to obtain it because I wanna try it out because it's super cool

auto grinding system?! for AFK driving
If the script is posted in the description, it can drive automatically without pressing any button that you need.

BTW the program forgot to stop at Beulieu park

where can I download the software????
I explained in the video that I am not making it public to prevent exploitation

6.9K subs haha
I MISS Charlie_RBX
I made a similar thing like this to grind points at Willowfield depot. Wasn't as smart as this though.
How did you create it?
I just did a recorded clicking pattens like that a while ago but it broke after like 6 runs
@@DwellerUK OK, thank you sir I am going to do it
To navigate the menus, I used the PIL.ImageGrab.grab().load()[x,y] function to get the colour of specific pixels, which I worked out the position of by putting a screenshot into paint.net, and then used the pywinauto library to click in certain positions on the screen. This can take you to a train spawned at Willowfield.
I wait for the screen to stop being black and then a few seconds longer. I then use pydirectinput to press c twice, putting me into first person (useful later), and then hold down W for 3 seconds, which gets me to almost full throttle. I wait 13.8 seconds (this is calibrated for the class 720) before pressing S for 2.9 seconds. The train decelerates to 5mph, about half way down platform 1 at Willowfield now, assuming no one else is using the depot or station (a fair assumption to make!).
The train continues like this until the red channel of pixel 940,507 is 255, after which the train stops, between 5 and 10 studs from the buffer. I then press T to open the doors, wait until the schedule goes amber, wait until the menu pops up and press Exit to Menu, where the process starts again.
exploits: Im about to end this mans whole career
Fun fact : All trains in HK is fully driven automatically:)
Isn't it only south island and the Disneyland line?
no
The driver just sat on it and press a button then it automatically goes and will stop automatically when arriving stations
