I wasnt tresspassing but i did once get killed from walking over the tram tracks outside of Greenslade. It probably means there are still kill blocks but they are just lowered so people cant get killed.
Here's a tip: when crossing the river Ben, cross at morganstown, because if you cross benton Bridge, you will fall through through and out of the world

Edit: to add, with enough practice you dont even have to align yourself on ropes above roughly 0.05 studs thin, you can develop a motion that will let you jump on it consistently. If you tried it on the overhead wires for example you could consistently keep jumping on them, even if it curved. But this is genuinely difficult and requires a lot of practice to pull off consistently.

This is random but i figured out that by using the billy stickman use the proportions as tall and thin, you can trackwalk sometimes even with touching the rails Ive tried it on some stations and most of the times it was succesful but i kept accidentally hitting the rails and sometimes it bugs and kills you but most of the time youre fine Ive done it in esterfield, rosedale village, llyn, and eden quay with mixed results but im still not demoted since im still a TD So idk
Note: You can platform jumo in walk mode, ensure you hold jumo until you are in the next olatform. You may realise that you get right in the middle of the 2 tracks without despawning lol but it works
In theory, you can, if you stick to roads/paths. For example, you are allowed to walk from Angel Pass to Benton following the ingame roads, as well as from St Helens to Stepford area. (confirmed this with a supervisor)
