People who say RSU is a scam, but they have the most content available for free, they release massive updates that don’t even include game passes, they work on a huge map, they pay their developers as much as they make meaning the owner isn’t taking all the money, they are the most humble and well made game. Definitely should buy!

I love stumbling across videos of train games I work on. I am part of the RSU Dev team, glad to see a cool little comparison between some of the other popular ones as well! Hopefully soon we’ll be adding more trains, the map is still being expanded, and about 3 more stations are missing (I am the station lead, so I should know this LOL) on this route before we work on another route, which will actually be the first game we made in a tiny version way back in 2020!

I am a tester of RSU, once upon a time was a Map Developer, thank you for trying out the game man, I play it myself from time to time but not too much usually, so you *might* see me in there occasionally lol... But nice video boss man, enjoyed the content given to me.
The new SCR update now empathizes train physics and is moving towards a more serious adult contendership among train enthusiasts. It's only cute up to a point seeing silly videos of train Sims crashing into buffers. The fact is most players hate when that happens. We like a realistic experience.
I own every game cause i love Train sims… but i really have to say SCR is my favourite one.. Ot has an amazing amount of Trains, Lines and Stations. Many different roles you can get by doing real tests. (that are really easy to do i have to say.) It also had an Update now with Hid changes and New Stations, New Trains and many little other things. The only downside in my opinion is the lack of detail in nature and Landscape (but don’t judge me, it’s still amazing. And i would love to see freight Trains and also moving Cars like in the last game
For people that would like to know if they didn’t know Streamlined is based on the Netherlands in the 19th Century that’s why there are houses based on the 19th century in the Netherlands as well as signs like 1e Perron and the in-game money called “ Gulden”. And also as far from what I can see Trainware is also based on the Netherlands because of the train brand NS (Nederlandse Spoorwegen / Dutch Railways

imo the potential that RSU has is incredible. bcs it itsnt focused with its branding and name on a specific railroad, which means they could even add vintage routes, i mean, imagine how cool it would be to operate something like the NYC's 20th Century Limited on the Water Level Route.
Another train game I recommend, is ‘High Iron’. It is a kind of new game, it had its first update a few weeks ago, and it’s overall really fun! Edit: 3:38 Steam Age is set in 1960s Britain, and I think High Iron is like 50-70s
rail sim universe is one of the best games out there from you not being able to go past a red signal to the graphics and the moving wheels and train doors its is truly awesome
RSU is based on a US (Florida) Rail Line on the East Coast from West Palm Beach, FL to Miami, FL. RSU has come a super long way since i first started it back in January of this year. Definitely worth the 500 Robux for early access
You should try “British Railway” which is completely free. It has few high quality meshed trains and in-cab gui. There’s a big map and realistic weather too. But the brakes physics is too realistic
There’s a highly detailed steam train game called Rails of D.G. The locomotive models are highly detailed as well as the rolling stock. Highly recommend for someone who loves steam trains
RSU was and is worth it, i have extremely high hopes for it and highly recommend it to anyone else who can afford it, same case with steam and steel (great video btw, love it when people bring attention to these new and in some cases underrated games like this!)
well to me it depends on the player in queston if you want a train sim where you can build and run your own line then steam and steel if you want a train sim where you can run steam and or diesel along with fright or passager services then streamlined if you want a free train game that take place in the modern era with it trains for the uk dived into 4 diffrents servies for the passagers then scr and theres one more thats kind simialer but you can see there a bit of a diffrent vib with it called brtish railway for that sim allows you to oprate both diesel and electric's.
U can try British rail it’s free and the graphics, the train details is way more better than scr and the cab button also works. it also have AI passengers. However the train selection aren’t as good as scr.
