I never considered bow hunting until I began to realize most of the public land in my area doesn't allow centerfire rifles for deer. Even on private land depending on what zone you're in you might only be able to use a shotgun. Considering archery seasons last almost a third of the year down here I'm starting to think I need to invest in a bow...

Love this crossbow so bar. Your reviews helped me out on this decision. Had a barnett 385. Cooking mechanism was load. Safety stuck on it and was constantly something wrong. Thanks
Set it up for your eye relief. Shoulder the crossbow,with your eyes shut. Open your eyes and you should see the complete view of the scope. It's called eye relief.
The manufacturers website says 6.4 pounds for the weight. Are you adding the scope and quiver to that?
