Rudy's a good dude! One of the NICEST people you'd ever meet!
I had a broken hand when I saw Whitesnake at Belfast's Waterfront Hall in late 2004, and Mr Sarzo signed my cast. No idea where it is now, but Rudy was a gent.
Welp I have broken looking finger and still play bass/electric guitar great.
Rudy is a good dude and monster player.
Rudy seems like a genuinely nice guy. Great player too!
My favorite bass player
I worked on serial # 0002 , a 1954 Sting style P bass . It sounded fantastic , Norm you would love it the type of thing you show here and I love it!
Rudy is a living legend. 👍
#EveryDayIsThumpin. Welcome back, Rudy!
There's just no arguing with those anodized-guard P-basses. A friend of mine has one and I swear it sounds like it has an octave divider on it at all times.
Love the patina on the finish, it has a wonderful glow to it. And the depth of the sunburst finish really shows off well without the gloss of the lacquer.
Ruby’s a legend and a beast of a player
Atraves de los tiempos Rudy ha sido una gran inspiración, a great inspiration. Big Rudy fan since 81' Blizzard tour, NYC Palladium. Man I love to brag that I was actually there top balcony been bragging since I was 15 years old! so I blame you Rudy and the rest of the gang for the inspiration to become a musician. You'll be hearing from my lawyer. LOL
beautiful guitar , bringin the hammer down , luv the big bass sound , ya gotta have pretty strong fingers to play bass , which I don't have , so I always admired those that could play , and I luv that thump a whump , thanks guys.
perfect
Great. Always loved these (Rick Huxley, DC 5 on out)
This used not abused. Loved and played.
Nice seeing Rudy here. Should pick up "My Life On The Crazy Train"
Read YJM's Relentless, Pagey's Light and Shade, Sky Dog,,,,eminent shut down again...
Norm nobody rests a joint on the head they smoke the whole thing and then jam
What about the others during the jam?
Hoping for "Believer" intro.. oh well. Rudy seems like a good guy and the bass is stunning
Thumpin Thursday oh yeah!!
Rudy is a Fin Legend dude’s played with the Best of the Best
It's the return of Thumpin Thursday! And what a return! Such a nice guitar! However! Gotta do a Maton!
Cracking bass! Be nice to see Glenn Hughes on the show when he's next in town.
Amazing. Rudy is a magician. That lick is impossible, checkmate, Davie! 🤣
(chants) Rudy, Rudy,Rudy! 😁
Sincere people, and an interesting topic. I want this bass ... or Tesla car ... or, nevertheless))))
Low Key LEGEND
On day we will see Jen on camera!
Now We need Nathan East & Billy Sheehan to drop by
Fuckin love Peavey. Had one of their bandit guitar amps for years. Excellent stuff. This bass is soooo beautiful.
Me too!! I've had a Vyper VIP-1 for over a year and I JUST started really figuring it out recently. LOL! Now it's really fun to use and it covers all the combo aspects from electric to acoustic to bass! A terrific tube emulating modeler.
The p is for precision not Peavy. I have a red stipe bandit amp it's great
@@scottbeardsley7848, Rudy mentioned he was endorsed by Peavey for many years when he talked about Eddie Van Halen. This is why @murphyebass commented about Peavey and why I replied regarding Peavey.
@@CoyoteDuran1 thanks, I missed that. I stand corrected. Apologies to murphy
Coyote Duran just straighten me out. I stand corrected. Apologies to you
This guy's been in every band lol
Really interesting guy to listen to as well
@@murphyebass7837 Yeah, he seems pretty cool.
He’s also the guy pounding the bass on that live performance of Crazy Train.
A great drummer or bass player is always in demand. Rudy’s one of the good guys in the business.
Let's see one of the Teisco basses on my affordable favorites! I've spied a couple in the background of the organ video...
im a man in my mid 30s now, i havent done dirt in like 10+ years but....this is the kind of bass i'd consider doing a BnE (with the possibility of turning into a home invasion situation) for...throw that string guard and finger rest tf out of there and commence the funk!
Fellow Miamians! ...Nice information and demonstration, I wish I could be there, thank you! 👍🏻🎸🍊
buuy that bass rudy 🤑
Rudy!
Norm’s first Bass was a Washtub Bass
3 Card Monty
A 1960 STACK KNOB JAZZ
I think Rudy like
Can y’all demo the 1965 Country Western or the 1969 Bigsby Tele I brought in? I’d live to hear Lemmo play it
Sorry Chase but they already sold those and made a TON of money off them.
Just kidding! LOL
Huge hands.
I thought he was trying to say it had a nice aged patina, but couldn't think of the word?
Woop
Sorry Norman, I couldn't afford one so I built one with a rosewood thick neck. It still cost over $1000.
I thought that was Ronnie Wood no joke lol.
Play the instrument!
Hands the size of a small poodle!
He couldn't have liked it very much, he didn't even lick it.😉
Some keyboard warrior: "They just say the vintage stuff is better cause they wanna make money."
A professional who has seen it all: "They don't make em like they used to"
HEY THIS IS BETTER THAN NORMS #LUMPYTHURSDAY
THIS PAST LOST THURSDAY
I REMEMBER RUDY FROM AROUND HOLLYWOOD WAY BACK IN THE 1970s AND 1980s, CRAZY DAYS
RUDY KNOWS HIS STUFF ✔️
ALWAYS CHECK OUT THE NATURAL RESONANCE OF AN INSTRUMENT UNAMPLIFIED
HE CAN MAKE A FLATWOUND SNAP LIKE A ROTOSOUND
THANK YOU NORM & RUDY
