Anchor, you are at equal level with Palga Rimpoche in the talk. Your summary of video in the last was fascinating.
    Q. Definition of success?
Ans. Contentment, how contented you are? That's it.
By prioritising the right things, quality of time. Chasing the next thing is like you repeat the same cycle like shopping and discarding, shopping and discarding again, attaining the parties and attaining Hangover. I am tired of Cycles. Cycle is everywhere. We already exist in the big cycle of birth and death.
    *Anchor summaries:*
Prioritising what contentment means for you. Because that prioritising can only happen when you have the clarity. And to have that clarity, you have to be very reflective and build the awareness of what really is that you want.
    Superb. Happy Thoughts..

It's unreal to love your enemies. Nature doesn't work that way all the species fight for life, sex . Domination

    • @BornR3STLESS
      @BornR3STLESS Год назад

@@vatsalvaishnav2062 Great comment. You are right. *Nature* doesn't work this way at all. Animals do not work this way at all, they do exactly as you say. Fight for life, sex, and domination. To become a real human being, you have to transcend that way of living. You see, the action of loving your enemies is how you *ascend* mechanical nature. That is the whole point of spiritual practice.
If you hate your enemies, then you will go through countless rebirths of endless back and forth with your enemies. The only way to transcend this mechanical nature is to love your enemies.
Nature (the law) says, "An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth" But Jesus said, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you (There were others of course before Jesus who had similar teachings)
Yes, you can live your life hating your enemies, but if you do, you will never escape the mechanical wheel of samsara.
I want to clarify that I am not saying nature is by any means bad. Nature serves a very important purpose. It's only because of nature that spiritual ascension is possible. Nature is what gives us the tool (the body). But it also takes just as much as it gives. This is how it maintains balance. The point of spiritual practice is not to go against the laws of nature, but to work with them in order to transcend the laws.

In today's world we have so much access to everything through the internet, be it information or anything related to it.
The problem is focus, how to consume things in such a way or remain untouched from all these recent trends.
Algorithm is making us something else. People like Rinpoche are the ones who will teach us when we ask questions like this and help us with Decipline.

@@iamshobharana Thanx to you for your kind reply and really appreciate your way of using soft words during your show. We love your way of questioning plus your both inner and outer beauty which one has to need in this 21st century in modern India.
We Tibetan believe that India is called Arya bhumi or Dev bhumi because of Buddhist philosophy or teachings spread from India to Tibet since 7th century.
We also believe that India and Tibet we have a great relation as Guru Shish sambandh till now. We Tibetans kept the great tradition of Shr Nalanda upto now and it is a time to revive an ancient Indian knowledge with modern education must be included in today's education systems in India.

Very educative. I do research on how Buddhism disappeared in Bihar. I realized it never disappeared from Bihar. Buddhists simply failed to research Indian Buddhism. They looked at Buddhism through the sphere of their own cultures searching for only the Buddha. Buddha had a myriad of names in different villages according to his teachings there. Example. His favorite teaching was 'Lust and desire causes pain. Remove lust and desire, and pain is removed'. Translated into Bihari (where the Buddha story took place) it is DHUKH HARAN meaning to remove dukha. Three dozen villages pray to DUKH HARAN Baba. Its clear that DUKH HARAN Baba is none other than the Buddha. Problem is Buddhists are searching only for the Buddha. In the real Vaishali the Buddha begged for alms. The locals there pray to 'BHIKHAINI' Baba (Beggar Baba). Bhikhaini was mispronounced by Buddhists as Bhikshu. Who is BHIKHAINI Baba. The Buddha no doubt. But people are searching for a man called Buddha. In the real Vaishali, in Beluha the Buddha suffered a sickness and felt he had grown old. The locals pray to 'BURHA' Baba (Old Baba). Who is BURHA Baba. The Buddha no doubt. In the real Vaishali the Lichavies pressurized Buddha not to die. They trailed him to Bandagawan pressurizing him not to die. To put pressure in Hindi is DABESHWAR. Three dozen villages around the stupa where Buddha gave the Lichavies his patra, the villagers pray to Baba 'DABESHWAR NATH' meaning the man who won the pressurizing game. It was the the Buddha no doubt as he gave the Lichavies his patra and succeded in sending them back. But Buddhists are searching for the Buddha. Forgive me for commenting out of the topic. I just wanted to impart this information to you.

I would recommend a program on the process of death and bardo (intermediate state) based on the Tibetain book of death. This will be beneficial even to non-buddhists during the time of death or to help someone in the process of dying. Another is how to choose the right guru. In other word, how to analyse a guru before surrendering to him/her. I think this is crucial if we really want to follow a guru and seriously follow the buddhist path. I think there are detailed guidelines to it and will be of so much help to those interested to practice the teachings.
