@MOTULore Wow, thanks for listening to that podcast and checking this review! I did that pod a while ago. AJ wanted to start a series with me talking about toys and this hobby. However, the constant development of that affliction I'm still dealing with has not gotten any better. I have very limited energy. I'm always on medications, and if I have a couple of good days to where I can do certain things like these reviews and enjoy life, it usually comes with a cost. The Las couple of days I have been doing nothing aside creepy around my house and constantly laying in bed chronic pain and other neuropathy continues problems. Sometimes, I don't even want to continue doing these reviews anymore. But I love the hobby, and I fight as hard as i can. I do get get help in the background from my friend who stays off camera. These reviews also take days for me to put together before I can only sit, stand, and use my hands and arms for ten minutes at a time or so. Then I go lay down on a heating pad and do a little editing. That's the short version of my day. I don't really talk about this too much behind the camera or about that podcast. It's something I did one time as a favor to him. There's been a lot of research with flouroquinolone toxicity injury since then. But still nothing to help or treat people effectively who has been effective by that drug for over ten years now. There's a Facebook group called the flouroquinolone wall of pain. Story after story of people like myself. Some get better. Some have a certain recovery with permanent issues, and then the one percent like me who has permanent injuries, pain all over, and systemic disabilitys. Anyway, I appreciate hearing your thoughts and sympathy. It is what it is! I thank God for the decent moments I get. Anyone can start a RUclips channel with a smartphone. Just film and share your passion. Be honest and have fun with your reviews or collection. It gets more difficult when you try to put together reviews the way this channel is set up with editing and chasing figures early. Plus, talking and pulling parts swapping off. It's very difficult for me in the background. And I can't believe how many retakes and editing has Tobe done because of the neurological issues that fight me. I'm glad you got something useful out of that podcast, and these reviews👍

@MOTULore No problem, and thanks again for your support and encouragement! Just use a smartphone to start filming. Most of my videos are all made and edited with my Samsung Galaxy s21 ultra. I use an open camera app from the Google Play store. Also, look up You Cut phone editor. It's awesome and simple to learn. They have a free version and a version that I paid for with more features. I also use a thumbnail maker for thumbnails and backgrounds to take pictures. I also cut and crop certain figure images sometimes on download backgrounds. Also, a Tripod with a phone adapter and lights are another important one. I use two photo lights on the desk to film.Lastly is a plug in microphone with a wind buffer and the correct connector to adapt to your phone for the use of a Mic.These are things you can learn later. For now, it's getting that first RUclips video up.

This channel is eventually going to be a lore channel for MOTU where i go over each charachter and their history from toy to minicomic to filmation ect, and each location, item, and so on. I noticed there isnt a channel like that yet, and i think there is need for one. I am waiting to get a few books and then study study study until im ready to make the first episode.
@MOTULore Oh, ok. That's cool! Technically, are some people who have done some simulator things with the lore. But they also get involved with figures or hang out videos. I have some of those books. I use them to research certain parts of the lore or back story of characters when I'm reviewing a figure that is designed off that character.

This is my first and only Motu figure. It fits in with other lines so i bought it. I was surprised that they used 2 different colors of black plastic and her arms don't rotate much at the shoulder(very weird). The pinless joints were a bonus and the soft goods was a nice touch. Also, there's an extra set of hand in the little white bag (not mentioned on the box) and they almost got thrown away.
@petermoline5355 Thanks for watching, and congrats on picking this up for your first Motu figure. Yes, there's lots of Motu figures on the market now from The Masterverse and Origins series. I have reviewed many of those figures. The Masterverse series fits it well with lots of different modern 6 - to 7-inch Action figures series. The pinless joints look much better than the early Motu Classics figures, which is still one of my favorite lines. The arm sleeves are sculpts and do hinder the articulation somewhat. All these figures are a little different. The extra hands and certain accessories are packed in that little white bag on the other side of the box with these figures.

She is probably the best female character in the line for now but I have little nit-picks... I wish the hood was removable so is her snake tail. Also I think her booty cut should have been further down or just above the cuff ( same with dark Lyn ) also , wished she came with an extra head.. The hood is glued on, and everything else is also part of the sculpt and glued like the snake tail cloth. You have to break parts off the body with heat And then you might damage those. I'm just gonna leave her as is! Her overall design came out beautiful. She's basically the Revolution version of the Early MOTU Alcala Mini comic Green Goddess, but with a different story, of course!
it is criminal that they actually made her a real suit and that cute lil bat suit evil lynn just got painted on gear... They need to remake her with a real suit.

I love this figure she looks cool, such an amazing sculpt but i do have a small pet peeve, I am all for articulation in figures but this one I'd rather at least no thigh cuts. As its bare legs, there is just too many visible lines on the legs.

She was sexy in the show, great art work. The face sculpt is great. I feel this is where the extra leg articulation takes away from the aesthetics with the leg cuts on thighs and shins, plus the double jointed knees. I think less would be more for her.

I have a spare Classics, Teela armor that works on the Masterverse. I can't wait to see the New Eternia version of Teela! 👍
Thanks for checking out the review! Yeah, unfortunately, many of those female figures have weak areas in certain parts of the body. I usually see the neck pieces crack. Sometimes, you can try crazy glue or pick another figure when possible.

Doing a small snake display in my orgins & can use her. Revelations are huge though but she is tiny so she’ll blend with the orgins
