It's considered cheating? Well you have to have enough money to buy the trailers, so it's not like you can do this early in the game. But, if the game provides the means to do it without players having to resort to all kinds of tricks to pull off, I'm not seeing that as cheating. That's just me, though!
Oh don't even start about that, absolutely the same here, I'm playing this game every day from the day it released from like 12AM to 12PM, I've completed all the Contracts in Michigan (I say in Michigan because contracts can take you across multiple maps in Michigan) and I've completed all the tasks and contests in Michigan, Black River, now currently working on Smithville Dam, but that's how I play the game I only move on to the next map if I've done EVERY contract, contest and task.
@@driekjansen8623 you should go explore other maps for better trucks, dont do missions except if needed for the truck.. otherwise when you get to russia you r only gona enjoy the best trucks in 2 maps.. Thats what i did, went exploring a bit of Alaska and russia for beeter trucks and brought them back to michigan so i can enjoy all trucks.. im going back there today to open up more maps and upgrades

Tell me about it. Last night I spent 3 hours trying to rescue a truck. Got stuck in trees on a hill and couldnt get it out. I eventually did it but i nearly threw my xbox out the window from frustration.
@@codybaker590 I have a trauma from the Western Star mission. Tried several different paths, while getting stuck on all of them sooner or later. I ended up going all the way around the quarry, because it had the least steapest slopes. Honestly, it's a rewarding feeling, when you finally completed the mission, but I'd never want to go back.

@@lillbrorsan - but you can see what's needed from the in-game menus. i've gotten what's needed and taken it to the site (like washed out bridge or rock slide) and accepted 5 seconds before i unloaded and ended that activity. it isn't necessary to go around and accept EVERY job - i do get what you're saying though: if you drive by a job - accept it!
Love the game, desperately needs a patch asap on ps4 though. Personally I experience crashes a lot, mostly when I switch my camera to cab view. The head and tail lights do not actually light up, the beam seemingly floats in mid-air, along with the beacon lights as well. I've also encountered a bug where, if you hit a tree it will launch you into the air, though I've only experienced this glitch one time. These are just a few things that if fixed, could greatly improve the gameplay. Looking forward to playing this game for a long time, especially with the new content you guys will release. the lights not lighting up is a weird one (i think that's just the game though - not ps4 centric).i've only had 2 crashes, but both were in the same area of one map.
Anyone having camera issues when towing certain trailers? My camera goes bird's eye when towing the 4x ramp trailer. So I have to drive with the camera offset or in the cab. It sucks bc it's one of the most useful trailers at least 10 hours in. You can still haul 2x on your truck bed in addition to this 4x tow behind trailer.
Same here. I absolutely avoid toting that mess for any reason. Drives me nuts. If you want to really throw the camera into a fit take that trailer and drive it beside a bridge in a swamp area ;).
I also have issue with 4x ramp, but not camera, when I tried to transport a vehicle with it, drive the vehicle on it, ok, but when I switch back to the towing vehicle, the transported vehicle will land on ground, cross its body with trailer.
@@pqhkr2002 I have had the same problem. From what I've read about it, maybe the developers don't want you to transport certain vehicles that way. If that is the case they should just tell us in a pop-up message when trying to drive on the trailer. On the other hand, there are some bugs in the game so this may be one of them. Still a great game, much improved since Mudrunner.
This was the first game i have ever bought in all of my years of gaming and my god, this game is something, progression is slow and steady and you have to work for it but it does pay off. What a masterpiece of a game!
Good beginner tip but one I have to give that is unique to snowrunner against mudrunner is carrying a scout fuel trailer on a large truck. Since you no longer need to hook on the trailers to use them. This amazing feature allows you to winch this tiny trailer behind your vehicle or even your cargo trailer and still use it. Not only is it cheaper it's also easier to have then the huge fuel trailer of medium truck. A specialy when you just need a single refuel and not a dozen.
This game is so good. A game you can spend up to 3 hours doing one mission and still want to get prepared for the next one. Although, it has many bugs that need fixing asap. Twice now my trucks have duplicated from going back and forth into single and coop games. (This was not intentional I'd rather grind for the money to not ruin it) I find on pc the epic games launcher, partying up with friends is a nightmare. You have one go to invite your friends and if they all don't join, ALL your friends disapeer from the list and all of you will have to retain your trucks, back out and restart the game + launcher. Had several winching bugs where I could see the winch and a friend couldn't, or vice versa. This will also make the vehicle you are winching a complete dead weight and impossible to move without ramming them over. And last on the bigger side of bugs, when moving into new areas with friends at the same time can make both your trucks glitch out, possibly taking it about 30m into the air, therefore damaging the trucks and having to recover 😅 it's funny to see, but the outcome is quite annoying. Just a quick personal suggestion: I would love to see some FFB on steering wheels, using my thrustmaster 300rs and how on one hand it makes the game even more enjoyable than it already is, it still feels like I'm playing with a broken/unplugged controller. I assume it may already be coming as you have steering wheels support anyway, even if it's the slightest, it'll still feel more realistic. That's it really, sorry it had to be such a paragraph, but I hope people will agree with me. If you do please like this just so potentially the Devs can see this and take it as a bit of a review. 👍👍 ☮️
vGengar - the reason going through tunnels at the same time as someone else causes both trucks to glitch out is because the box where you arrive on the other side of the tunnel isn’t a no-collision box for some reason. All you need to do is wait a bit after someone else goes through to give them time to get out of the spawn zone
@@MalevolentFiber I did know this, but I added it to the list as it can't be hard to make that little area a non collision zone. Especially if you don't have any coms.
The quick winch function has saved me a ton from rolling, in a panic hit that button if your going to flip and it lock you to a tree, stay winched to it until your safe
For me, "Hard Mode" is the best way to play, but there is something that is really annoying to me: In our garages the cost for repairs our have to be more accurate according the price of the trucks and the damage.
PSA: Press L1 and Circle ⭕️ button (on PS4) to turn on the head-lights if you want to keep on driving through the night. This took me a while to find out. Thanks for making this game and for the much needed tips 😊
Shift the auto like a manual. It's not the same I know but works great once you get used to it. I hated it at first but once i learned how to keep it in the gear it needs and dont let it shift for you I was pretty happy with it.
Tips for saber. -Let friendly markers be visible like mudrunner -add a screenshot button on pc that auto hides hud like mudrunner -Please flag all collisions to camera pass through. Congrats on a great launch. Appart for some bugs this game's future is very promising!!
You can use trailer store as a fuel station. First buy the oil trailer from store and refuel ur Vehicle. Then sell the trailer 😁 Same goes to maintanence trailer also to repair and refuel

Surprisingly enjoyable and well made game, one of the highlights of the year. Now, please add some desert and sand in the next one...and a Moon ;) "To ensure your next ride goes swimmingly" - all my rides go swimmingly... down the river :)
It is truly a fun game but it is nowhere near "well made" it is littered with bugs and crashes. Some areas are downright impossible to drive through. Tasks and Contracts are glitched and cannot be started completed. Co-op work 20% of the time and 100% completion is impossible. So... no, at least not yet.
I have had 0 crash issues. And other then the fairly rare Havok -esk physics issue, no real bugs. And everywhere is derivable. Some places are HARD to get thru if you dont plan and use the right equipment. The Fleetstar 2070 will get you almost anywhere one its got some upgrades.
This game is impossible to put down. What an amazing game. I'm not even interested in trucks and that kind of stuff but this game is something else. The next installment is a day one buy for me.
Bruh I had 5 crashes in 1 night all up probably 20. 3 hard crashes just freezing my ps4 for about 10 seconds. And now over heating my ps4. This is not good I would get a refund but brought it when It first came out. I love this game and got Russia fully explored but this hurts. You guys need to fix this. I've had friends have the same problem. And another thing is a bug. I was on a multiplayer game and sold the azov something or nothing and found the dan. Then I hoped off and renter the game on a public multiplayer my Dan and azov was floating 100m in the air (got video proff) so I took them to my grage and I hand now the azov and 2 Dan's. Another bug, was switching maps and game crashes lost the truck. Another bug I some how duplicate a truck. This is all but other wise love it, great physic and maps and trucks keep up the work.

Some more details would help. What platform are you playing on? If console, sorry, can't help; if PC than we can move to the troubleshooting part. (I have played over 30 hours on my PC without a single crash, so there's definitely something wrong if you are playing on PC).
tip number one... include good driving wheel force feedback on car / truck game tip number two... if you have a clutch, include a proper manual shifter tip number three... if both tips one and two were included in previous your game, include it in your new one
Love the game 👍 hope there will be plenty of future content so we dont run out of deliveries , hud of the crane could do with moving as sometimes it obstructs the camera angle when loading the trucks apart from that looking forward to the future with SnowRunner
Tip: you can tap LB ( on Xbox ) or whatever your shift button is to manually shift up or down a gear depending on the speed of your vehicles. Try it, seriously, it’ll change your entire experience, then like this to show you did it.
Jack Moore ah I used to be with Xbox for 17yrs but switch to PS4 thanks to days gone hopefully the Xbox version doesn’t have the bugs PS4 does for snowrunner
Tip: If you can't load cargo using one trucks crane onto a different truck or trailer because there is no physics, hold said cargo above the vehicle and switch to the other truck via the map, this will enable physics and make the cargo land so you can secure it =)
i can't figure that out, either. or how about hitting a small stone always seems to slingshot your truck directly into a phone pole or tree stump?.......game is still great fun though.
Yeah it's a bit annoying but I just set up a base myself took enough repair supplies trailers and fuel carriers with me and a truck with a crane incase needed.
GAMEBRIDGE 30535 I don’t like having to be stuck with most of my trucks out on a map. If a friend needs help. As far as challenge I would welcome a hardcore mode where you have to pay for fuel, repair and recovery.
TIP: If you can't find a fuel station, or if a map doesn't have one, bring along a fuel carrier and park it in a safe, easy-to-access spot. This way, you have an ample fuel source for your trucks while exploring and/or doing jobs. Just remember to keep these temporary stations off to the side, so you won't hinder yourself. Request: Add in the Tesla Cybertruck and Howe and Howe Ripsaw EV2 please.
Heres some tips for your Focus Home Interactive... 1. Conduct more Alpha, beta and open beta testing session with fans next time. 2. Dont charge AAA prices for a game that is clearly still in the beta stages 3. Offering a Pemium and Season pass so you guys have more time to add content is bullshit. Figure it out. Massive amounts of glitches and frustration that could of all been solved by the community for you and save yourself a little embarrassment. I really enjoy this game but when you put hard time and effort into completing very tedious and arduous tasks in this game only for you to spawn in a truck and it gets launched into the air and totaled is fucking blatant lack of testing. You have ramped trailers in the game and i cant even haul a scout on it because it falls through as soon as you switch trucks.
Absolutely right, it's too easy to start losing interest in this game with all it's bugs & glitches & the camera views still suck, I mean why the fuck can't they just give us a follow camera, why does the view always have to change just because I moved my crane left or right or steered left or right because all this self rotation shite is getting boring real fast ffs. This is currently just a really bad version of Mudrunner with more actual in-game maps & some snow, I'm hugely dissapointed & when they said there were completely new vehicle physics I didn't realise that they were going to give us trucks that are basically useless to do that!
i have collect all upgrades in Michigan and Alaska but nothing becomes the trophy for this my profil say 23/23 but my Stats say 84% in Michigan and 88% in Alaska...please fix this mistakes!!!
My favorite part is when you use a crane to load equipment onto a truck, and it just goes right through it,causing you to have to delete the cargo and go clear across the map to pick up cargo from a warehouse.
You should to lock a crane with cargo above an another truck and change a vehicle in the map menu. While cargo is falling, the truck will get a collision and catch the falling cargo. But this way still bad and developers should fix it anyway.
As far as scout vehicles go, I have choose to use the loadstar 1700 which has been great so far, my only question is why cant that big of a scout have and option to attach to some of the bigger trailers when it can pull them just fine with a winch
add some more crazy suspension/wheel/ addon options for high level vehicles or remove the high level needed to get them,i like that no truck is perfect in this game but having them behind a huge xp grind sucks
Ongoing contracts with the three companies of each region would be cool, by the time you learn the maps well enough to start placing crane trucks/service trucks strategically your generally done the contracts making strategic placement pretty redundant.
Lots of bugs, trucks that disappear, tasks that won’t complete, seems really unfinished in many ways. But, what does work is amazing, next level gaming.

Please fix the reset contract, I'm on the very last contract in Michigan and the trailer flipped and so I reset it and says check spawn area....theres nothing there from blocking it, now I got the trailer back on the road I take it to the drill site and it wont take it saying reset in progress. Please fix.
Fuel stations sometimes don't work on the Xbox version after a couple of hours of playing, when you go to use one nothing happens. I've had this happen 3 times now, I have to use fuel trailers instead or go to another map and come back.
Tip: If you are stuggling, sell everything and get the paystar. You can buy and sell at will without losing money. Just make sure to sell extra parts first. (x1 x2 x3...)

Trailer stores can serve as fuel stations: Buy a trailer, refuel and then sell it again for the full amount. Same with repair trailers, of course.

I'm really enjoying this game but you guys need to send a patch out for the PS4. Im experiencing a lot of crashes and other bugs.

The quick winch function has saved me a ton from rolling, in a panic hit that button if your going to flip and it lock you to a tree, stay winched to it until your safe
Was going around a corner wayyy too fast on the road and was tipping over at least a 45 degree angle and saved myself with the quick winch

For me, "Hard Mode" is the best way to play, but there is something that is really annoying to me: In our garages the cost for repairs our have to be more accurate according the price of the trucks and the damage.

Basically unplayable in multi on Xbox, but I’ve found very few bugs in single player, it’s amazing solo.
The game in general has too many glitches but is to be expected with a new game.
I think it'll get patched eventually. The game has big success, no reason they wouldn't fix things they are aware of.
PSA: Press L1 and Circle ⭕️ button (on PS4) to turn on the head-lights if you want to keep on driving through the night.

Shift the auto like a manual. It's not the same I know but works great once you get used to it. I hated it at first but once i learned how to keep it in the gear it needs and dont let it shift for you I was pretty happy with it.

You can use trailer store as a fuel station. First buy the oil trailer from store and refuel ur Vehicle. Then sell the trailer 😁 Same goes to maintanence trailer also to repair and refuel

It is truly a fun game but it is nowhere near "well made" it is littered with bugs and crashes. Some areas are downright impossible to drive through. Tasks and Contracts are glitched and cannot be started completed.
Co-op work 20% of the time and 100% completion is impossible.
So... no, at least not yet.

I have had 0 crash issues. And other then the fairly rare Havok -esk physics issue, no real bugs.
And everywhere is derivable. Some places are HARD to get thru if you dont plan and use the right equipment. The Fleetstar 2070 will get you almost anywhere one its got some upgrades.
This game is impossible to put down. What an amazing game. I'm not even interested in trucks and that kind of stuff but this game is something else. The next installment is a day one buy for me.
Bruh I had 5 crashes in 1 night all up probably 20. 3 hard crashes just freezing my ps4 for about 10 seconds. And now over heating my ps4. This is not good I would get a refund but brought it when It first came out. I love this game and got Russia fully explored but this hurts. You guys need to fix this. I've had friends have the same problem. And another thing is a bug. I was on a multiplayer game and sold the azov something or nothing and found the dan. Then I hoped off and renter the game on a public multiplayer my Dan and azov was floating 100m in the air (got video proff) so I took them to my grage and I hand now the azov and 2 Dan's. Another bug, was switching maps and game crashes lost the truck. Another bug I some how duplicate a truck. This is all but other wise love it, great physic and maps and trucks keep up the work.

Some more details would help. What platform are you playing on? If console, sorry, can't help; if PC than we can move to the troubleshooting part. (I have played over 30 hours on my PC without a single crash, so there's definitely something wrong if you are playing on PC).

tip number one... include good driving wheel force feedback on car / truck game
tip number two... if you have a clutch, include a proper manual shifter
tip number three... if both tips one and two were included in previous your game, include it in your new one

Tip: you can tap LB ( on Xbox ) or whatever your shift button is to manually shift up or down a gear depending on the speed of your vehicles. Try it, seriously, it’ll change your entire experience, then like this to show you did it.

Jack Moore ah I used to be with Xbox for 17yrs but switch to PS4 thanks to days gone hopefully the Xbox version doesn’t have the bugs PS4 does for snowrunner
Tip: If you can't load cargo using one trucks crane onto a different truck or trailer because there is no physics, hold said cargo above the vehicle and switch to the other truck via the map, this will enable physics and make the cargo land so you can secure it =)

GAMEBRIDGE 30535 I don’t like having to be stuck with most of my trucks out on a map. If a friend needs help. As far as challenge I would welcome a hardcore mode where you have to pay for fuel, repair and recovery.
I feel the tire too bouncy-ish when playing this game but weirdly the tire sink too deep in the mud. The baloon tire sunk.
That's how it's supposed to be , the faster you driving the deeper you sink into mud.

1. Conduct more Alpha, beta and open beta testing session with fans next time.
2. Dont charge AAA prices for a game that is clearly still in the beta stages
3. Offering a Pemium and Season pass so you guys have more time to add content is bullshit.
Figure it out. Massive amounts of glitches and frustration that could of all been solved by the community for you and save yourself a little embarrassment.
I really enjoy this game but when you put hard time and effort into completing very tedious and arduous tasks in this game only for you to spawn in a truck and it gets launched into the air and totaled is fucking blatant lack of testing. You have ramped trailers in the game and i cant even haul a scout on it because it falls through as soon as you switch trucks.
Absolutely right, it's too easy to start losing interest in this game with all it's bugs & glitches & the camera views still suck, I mean why the fuck can't they just give us a follow camera, why does the view always have to change just because I moved my crane left or right or steered left or right because all this self rotation shite is getting boring real fast ffs.
This is currently just a really bad version of Mudrunner with more actual in-game maps & some snow, I'm hugely dissapointed & when they said there were completely new vehicle physics I didn't realise that they were going to give us trucks that are basically useless to do that!
i have collect all upgrades in Michigan and Alaska but nothing becomes the trophy for this

My favorite part is when you use a crane to load equipment onto a truck, and it just goes right through it,causing you to have to delete the cargo and go clear across the map to pick up cargo from a warehouse.
You should to lock a crane with cargo above an another truck and change a vehicle in the map menu. While cargo is falling, the truck will get a collision and catch the falling cargo. But this way still bad and developers should fix it anyway.
Please fix bugs. Every time you put out a video like when your game is a mess, it is like an insult in players' faces.
As far as scout vehicles go, I have choose to use the loadstar 1700 which has been great so far, my only question is why cant that big of a scout have and option to attach to some of the bigger trailers when it can pull them just fine with a winch

I been a fan of since spin tires. What most people don't realize is that this is a game of pure realism and strategy.
Ongoing contracts with the three companies of each region would be cool, by the time you learn the maps well enough to start placing crane trucks/service trucks strategically your generally done the contracts making strategic placement pretty redundant.

Please fix the reset contract, I'm on the very last contract in Michigan and the trailer flipped and so I reset it and says check spawn area....theres nothing there from blocking it, now I got the trailer back on the road I take it to the drill site and it wont take it saying reset in progress. Please fix.
The truck storage is honestly my least favorite bit of this game
Fuel stations sometimes don't work on the Xbox version after a couple of hours of playing, when you go to use one nothing happens. I've had this happen 3 times now, I have to use fuel trailers instead or go to another map and come back.

What is the point of Low on the BM17? It won't turn all the tires like Automatic mode.
Tip: If you are stuggling, sell everything and get the paystar. You can buy and sell at will without losing money. Just make sure to sell extra parts first. (x1 x2 x3...)
