Just a quick observation. Enabling Jumbo Frames will generally lead to packet fragmentation on the Internet and could increase latency and packet retransmission. I would not recommend this for general Internet connectivity.
@shawnferrari1533 I didn't use all of your settings. I do have specific settings I use. I use SpeedNet TCP guidelines as a basis for my tweaking, as configured through SG TCP Optimizer. Most adapter settings I leave at default, but I do turn off IPv6 and tweak my DNS using Portmaster.
i dont know why anyone would configure manual the nic instead tuning your router and so on. also increasing speed to max can lead to speed missmatch, for example: you have 10gigabit interface setting this to maximum and your router is on gig max and so on. there are so many things you can do to increase application performance but i would recommend anyone to mess with manual network card configuration „per client“.
Btw don’t change any of this if you’re not experiencing issues, if you do it can make your ping and connection worse, but if you are having packet loss and similar issues then I fully recommend following these guides

you don't necessarily need to do anything, the settings you'll have available depends on which NIC you've got, what driver you have etc. I'd recommend you to change the settings that you've got available.

For some weird reason not all ethernet adapters contain the power management settings, and the ethernet settings available may also differ from one NIC to another.

@@72creed A lot of what they do is deemed unnecessary by lots of their users. Even if the Insider Build users say it is bad - MS will change it anyway. Hopefully some clever 3rd Party Developer will bring some features back. As long as MS don't ban them like they do with the GUI change programs.

I went through every Network option in the new Win 11 DEV channel settings and you can get to Ethernet properties and then configure them as per your video (just it no longer has the Old Control Panel.) "Network and Settings>> Advanced Network Settings>> expand the Connection you want to configure >> More Adaptor Options then click "Edit". The rest is the same - Happy Days. 👍

I use a laptop that doesnot has ethernet port. I use RJ45 To USB-C and put it inside the thunderbolt slot. Is it gonna be different? A lot of settings missing for me like receive and transmit buffers.

Yeah just move to the country with dedicated seervers for the game you're playing 😂 here in south africa 🇿🇦 fortnite ping changes because our internet providers are always breaking under sea cables 😂 so our ping goes from 130 all the way 230+ 😂 no server because they know it wont last because of corruption

That is limited by hardware. This means you device does not support gigabit connection.

Glaze comments used to be believable. Even when all PCs are directly connected to the server by wire, there's still 1-2 ping
So you basically moved closer to the server if you get 0 ping. That is the only way.

yes, you can set them to whatever your maximum value is
higher than 2048 is only recommended from 16 GB RAM and higher
