Update: Got this Friday night and it is so goddamn good, never saw the original in person ever, so I can't compare them but the KO is phenomenal He combines with both the legit SS32 Optimus plus the KO SS44.
This is why i like baiwei: 1.The price is cheap 2.They add more paint on the figure 3.And add more accessories in the figure 4.The box is cooler than Studio Series 5.They make it a little bit more accurate in the movies.
Fun fact: there was only 12 of the Lockheed sr-71 ever made. I've seen 2 of those 12. One at the pima air and space museum in Tucson Arizona, and one in Los Angeles outside of the Los Angeles natural history museum.
What's the plastic quality really like? I got the SS Optimus Prime (v.3 the metallic version) and I LOVE IT! I never thought I would have an SS32, but here we are. I hope this holds up the same way. I know a lot of people had issues with the original knockoff of their SS32, tbh a lot of clear plastic was used in that figure, but the metallic version and Ironhide from what I've heard are spot on the SS figures(even better actually in my opinion, look at the painting on the OP metallic version), so If this holds up just as well, I'm definitely getting it.
welp, good to know Baiwei's becoming better. btw, is the transformation compatible with the first ss prime or does he need the DOTM version or the KO sold by baiwei (heard they were all slightly different)

No they won't. The original Optimus Prime of theirs was fragile, but V2 and V3(I have V3, the metallic paint version) hold up pretty well. People also say that their release of Ironhide knockoff holds up pretty well, and that the plastic is on par with the Studio Series. And some even say that Baiwei's release of Sentinel Prime is even better than the Studio Series counterpart. But I get your concern, honestly with these knockoff companies the quality control isn't always the best, but hey, the figures are cheaper. My Baiwei Tw-1022 v.3 (SS32/44 Optimus Prime) is perfect, transforms well, everything tabs in perfectly, and the plastic is durable. Needless to say I dropped it once by accident from almost a meter and a half high, and it survived. No paint chipping, even. Hasbro really needs to step up because lately, I've been spending more money on these third-party knockoffs than their offical releases(because both Legacy and Studio Series lately look dumb).

Just mostly use it the ok with the clear neck for part for my official ss 44 bb optimus prime like the smock stacks the the red part of the arms where the blue is and the face then it will be more accurate

Baiwei is probably becoming my favorite TF 3rd party company, they take Studio Series figures and make them better
I love how you said " 3rd party" because I thing Baiwei deserves better than to be called knock off. Knock off has a negative connotation
And making some of the parts diecast metal is just the cherry on top for Baiwei
And dont forget how cheap baiwei's figures are
