When robot go back to the station for cleaning, it only clean away the dust and wash the mop pad only. The hair on the brush you have to remove yourself.
Thanks for the review. May i please ask if there's any settings on the robot vacuum cleaner to clean first (without mop) and then 2nd round with mop? Or do we have to manually attach/detaxh the cloth mop?
I put a virtual wall by mistake, do you know how to remove it, please? I tried my new X20+ tonight, it does not go straight line but goes round and around, sometimes it keeps repeating in some areas while sometimes seems to have got lost, do you have any idea to fix it? It has also started vacuum+mopping without wetting the mopping pads first😒.
@@jingz I've deleted the device from Mi Home App and reinstalled it, seems working fine now, of course it takes time to "understand" my new home assistant😅. Thank you so much for your reply! 😊❤
@@jingz one more thing I want to ask, how to clean the disposal bag for dust? or it can only be changed after its full? and where can I buy that disposal bag to replace?Another question, if you clean the roll of the robot, should you need to switch off the robot power first? ( actually I just bought the robot :))
@@CindyMusicPianoWorkshop Once dust bag is full, you can take out and replace a new one. You can buy on lazada or shopee. I myself haven't bought any of the replacement part yet. For cleaning the robot, it is best to power off the robot before you flip it over to do cleaning.
Exactly what i wanted to watch. Thank you very much!
You are welcome. ☺
Does the station also collect the dust? Or only dirt water? Where is dust collected, inside the robot only?
Yes, station collect the dust. Robot collect the dust and station will collect the dust from robot when back to the station.
What about hair loss? When self-cleaning, can the hair on the brush be automatically cleaned?

a very helpful video.. thank you ❤

How about the carpets? He lift the mop when he is on carpets or not? Thank you
I never test this. You may need to map the carpet area so that it will lift up the mop pad.
@@jingzreally does this have that feature? ☺️ I saw some review that x20+ is not good if you have carpet, which makes me sad as I like it
@@unis_aaliyah I know it can draw the carpet area but I myself never try before.

There is a mode to vacuuming before mopping.
great video! I'm interested in the height of the furniture so that the vacuum cleaner can pass under it...
10cm height for the furniture leg
Thank you for this video ❤
☺️ you are welcome.
How about hairs that get tangled on the mop pad? Is there a mechanism to remove hair?
As of now, I don't have hair tangled on the mop pad.
Do I have to keep the station plugged in all the time? Can I unplug it when it's charged?
Can. I always power off when I not using it.
@jingz filter, there is a cover on the robot under it
Does it leave the mop in the station when you put only vacuum mode ?
No, it is attached to the robot but is lifted up.
Does the robot have a water tank inside it?
Nope.
Can you change the robot brush to a rubber brush?
Not very sure.
I also have a safety gate, if I leave the gate open, do you think the robot can go on top of that?
If it is low enough, the robot can go over. Robot can cross at a certain height.

Maybe u can recreate the map to try if it solve the problem.
Did you fill up the clean water tank?

Hi,Is it possible to make it vacuum only without mopping? And would you recommend it for a 130 m2 apartment ?
Yes, can vacuum without mopping. Yes, i will recommend it which help you do the cleaning.
@ thnx 🌷
Can you look through the onboard camera live?
Hi, not very sure what do you mean.
I think maybe not. I'm assuming that camera is internal to the device for the robot to identify any objects
Does it dodge for example a carging carble or it just suck it
Bigger item will dodge but I think charging cable may run over it.
Hi, is it equipped with anti drop sensor to avoid falls from stairs or ledges?
Not very sure. Xiaomi website never indicate.
20plus only
I have a one inch soft mat for my kids, do you think the robot can go on top of that?
Not very sure.
Does the robot auto recognize the carpet area? like lifting the mop up automatically when it's at the carpet.
Don't think so. You may need to set the area as a carpet area.
Hi i want to ask can put the ajak fabulosso in water tank
As per Xiaomi user guide, it is not advise to put any detergent in the water tank.
will the robot always mop the floor? can I just choose to vacuum clean without mop? or I can have setting first dry vacuum then mop?
You can choose to vacuum only, vacuum and mop, mop only or vacuum first then mop.
@ thanks
Great review! Simple and easy to understand. How often do you replace your dust bag and where do you buy it from?
Until today, I haven't change the dust bag yet.
Thank you for your video. How tall are the water tanks? I am wondering if they fit under my tap.
I measured, 58.5cm for the station and 27cm for water tank.
Is it support water hookup kit ? They told me it does but could not find any kit for this model😢
Not very sure. Never heard of this robot vacuum have this function.
@@jingz thank you
You can control the number of mop pad cleaning. In the settings like each 5m2 or each 8m2
Yes. 😄
Do you recommend it? Is it worth it for its price?
It's help me vacuum and mop my floor so I recommend it. The price is ok for me.
I wanted to see how you remove the dust bag. Do you need to buy new dust bag or you just empty it and put back again? Tx
I have not change the dust bag until now. From what I know, you need to buy new dust bag to change.
@@jingz Have you bought the new dust bag so far or you decided to reuse it?
@@pipo7kt I have not bought the dust bag yet. I am waiting for the robot to complain that the dust bag is full. 😆
i will buy this thanks jing!
Great!
Thanks for the video! Does the dust also go into the dirty water container?
No, . Dust go into dust bag.
The vacuum after cleaning wont back to its dock ..why ya?im a newbie here can anyone help
Not very sure but you can recreate the map or delete the robot and resetup again.
Mine occasionally goes too close to furniture legs and scraps them. Has it happened to you too?
scrap no.. but sometime may knock the wall or furniture leg.
Thank for the review from the user. How often do you have to clean the station?
Normally after 2 use.
Appreciate the video, thanx
😁
Thanks for the review. Is it loudy?
Ok.. same volume as the normal vacuum cleaner. The collecting of dust back to the station is loud.
Thanks for showing how to clean the cleaning station. Now we know what to expect. I want one to ease my chores 😊😊👍👍
You’re welcome 😊
So helpful thank you
😊
i have a question, can we operate this to vacuum-only mode? (i mean without mopping)
Yes
Thanks for sharing
👍
How do you “un-mop” an area? You mop it and then you spread some dust again? xD
You mean non-mopped?
Yes, referring to "non-mopped area" 😅
Do you think its worth to buy?
To me it is worth as I no need to sweep or mop the floor.
