I put a virtual wall by mistake, do you know how to remove it, please? I tried my new X20+ tonight, it does not go straight line but goes round and around, sometimes it keeps repeating in some areas while sometimes seems to have got lost, do you have any idea to fix it? It has also started vacuum+mopping without wetting the mopping pads first😒.
@@jingz I've deleted the device from Mi Home App and reinstalled it, seems working fine now, of course it takes time to "understand" my new home assistant😅. Thank you so much for your reply! 😊❤

There is a mode to vacuuming before mopping.
Does the station also collect the dust? Or only dirt water? Where is dust collected, inside the robot only?
Yes, station collect the dust. Robot collect the dust and station will collect the dust from robot when back to the station.

I have not change the dust bag until now. From what I know, you need to buy new dust bag to change.

Maybe u can recreate the map to try if it solve the problem.

Normally after 2 use.
I also have a safety gate, if I leave the gate open, do you think the robot can go on top of that?
If it is low enough, the robot can go over. Robot can cross at a certain height.
