I recently purchased a Xiaomi X20+ robot vacuum, and I’m experiencing an issue with the mopping feature. Hey there, you have a new subscriber from Germany from now one. Here are a few things related to your video that you pointed out. 1. You don´t like the fact that you have to put items away from the ground so that the robot vacuum can clean, otherwise he would ran over small items, but in reality when you use a hand vacuum to do it yourself, you would also have to remove the items from the ground, so I don't think this is a real big concern of dislike here. 2. You have to lift up your ground-to-ceiling-long curtains - well, since they reach to the ground, in order to vacuum the area underneath, they have to go away, so lifting them up is not a big deal. I too have a robot vacuum for the first floor and we always have to lift up the long curtains, just because of we don't, he might run over them and destroy them if he gets caught in them, so better lift them. It's done in like less than 1 minute to lift all curtains in the house. I myself purchased this model you just showed yesterday and can't wait to finally have it in my hands, because the one I bought two years ago is on the first floor and my mom always turns it off completely, so you can´t just grab and use it, have to charge it first every single time, so I decided to get my own one for my own room.
