By the way game hopping that enemy you have to scan is the same enemy that pulled you off a lift that gave you said cork to your car just a little hint for you who is also from the car doors are laying all over the streets at you in previous videos, the one with the long arms so yeah, I kept my eyes out on that guy now I say truth to the fact that I’ve never played this game. I recognize the image when you’re trying to do the scan for the one upgrade you wanted in the stream.

The quirk diagnosis looks fine in my game.
In the video, the text is very hard to read.
And some of the effects on the screen don't look right.
In general, your color saturation is cranked up way higher than normal, that drowns out the surrounding blacks.
Maybe it's an HDR or a driver issue on your side?
