The phone will go into a special mode if the holder is sitting in a special capacitive drivers seat installed in all new cars which would send a signal through your body a disable functions on all new phones held by the driver.
Just a heads up, Amazon is currently not shipping flipper knives to Massachusetts or New York it would seem, they have enacted some sort of new knife shipping policy as of November 2017. I've been in contact with them letting them know I think it's a glitch as they are legal to own and carry here, in fact I was fortunate enough to still find the CRKT Hallow point at my local Wal-Mart for $30 when I couldn't order it off of Amazon.
I totally agree with phone laws. people texting and talking on phone while driving now are worse then drunk drivers. they can make the cars computers transmit a signal if in motion to disable the phone use.
