Can you please tell me what are the different glycosylation patterns studied in breast cancer ? And which patterns are associated with more aggressive cancer?
Yes E-selectin is n-glycosylated but in neutrophils don’t know. Since selectins are adhesion proteins usually they are not expressed in neutrophils in normal condition but in pathological conditions may be yes.

Sir i have a doubt... Does o linked glycosylation exclusively occur in golgi.. Or it can be occur in ER too...
While the O-glycan biosynthesis can already be initiated in the ER, the majority of the O-glycan modifications take place in the Golgi.
