Good move on the tile change. We are looking to do the decking with the same tile you are now using (if available) and then a deep teal Balinese type tile in the pool. The slider solution for the dirty kitchen is what Joey and I thought would be the best solution also!!

How about white tiles for the sides of the patio and steps? Matches the house and gives people the notice of differentiation for safety. This way, no more paint because it will get dirty. Tiles are easier to clean off. The tiles on the patio looks so much better than the paint. Nice.
When I was in high school, my friend raised a family of Dobermans. One day, at his house, we were chasing each other with water pistols when he ran outside, trying to shoot him through the jealousy windows when his Great Dane grabbed my back! Called to my friend immediately. He said his dogs would let you enter the house but they would not let you leave. So make sure Prince will allow a maid to go in and out of the house first when you are not there before you hire one! He had like five Dobermans and one Great Dane. Greg put exhaust fan above the cooking area in the dirty kitchen, its cheap and will make a big difference you can take the pipe and vent it horizontally out the open area that is showing now so you dont have to go vertical and make another hole in the roof area that might cause water leakage in the future . I did this in my home and i love it!
I just ordered 2 large cans of bed liner paint. Wilma and I talked about another exhaust fan. We have one from kitchen to dirty kitchen. Now need one from dirty kitchen outside.
Hi great video (Prince what a dog) great tiling job,you like comments,ok 2 suggestions I think tiling across on the angle would look better like the painted floor it keeps cleaner lines second point garage floor many dealers tile there showrooms and workshops looks like your tilers know there game with laying a good bed and you are using good tiles I think I would chance it and tile the complete area keeping it all level all so easier to power wash,love your pool maybe one day I get lucky and follow suit.

Very good change ...way too hodge podge and busy with too many colors/patterns ... this is the perfect to run that same tile on the pool deck ... I hope the guys line up the grout lines from the porch down the steps and now on to the pool deck ... I guess when I said 5% waste I assumed you were doing the risers in tile ... love the gray contrast staying put there too!

You should tile the whole carport, if done correctly it should handle the weight of the truck. A lot of the car dealers have tiles in the show rooms and they drive cars on them. Just a thought.

Yes, tempered glass. Second water tank is in place, but not hooked up yet. I will do a video as to why it's not connected yet. Only in the Philippines.

We did discuss white tiles. We decided to stay with the gray. Looks good and easier. Vertical stays clean as well. Thanks for the suggestion.
