    Hello sir,
    इस कनेक्शन में इनर से आउटर वायर का जम्पर है।
    इस कनेक्शन से मोटर में क्या इफेक्ट पड़ता है।
    एवं सीरीज कनेक्शन यानी इनर से इनर का एवं आउटर से आउटर का जम्पर होता है। तू तो मोटर पर क्या इफ़ेक्ट पड़ता है।

      यदि मोटर 6 कॉइल के साथ 1440 rpm है, तो कनेक्शन वीडियो में दिखाए अनुसार किया जाना चाहिए।
      यदि बाहरी लीड को बाहरी लीड से joint वाला कनेक्शन 6 कॉइल है तो यह 2800 rpm होगा।

      There are ways to find motor winding data but none of them are perfect.
      A suitable wire size and turns is used when the motor is manufactured at the factory. When we are rewinding the motor it is best to use the same size and turns of wires that were on the motor before

      I noticed that the coils you use are not only the proper length but in perfect order. Meaning, all the strands are side by side and when I make a coil using my Chinese wire winding machine they overlap. Some overlap others and when you try to put them in the slots it makes it harder. How do you make your coils????

      It can be done like chain winding but it will be a little difficult to compact the winding

      A suitable wire size and turns is used when the motor is manufactured at the factory. When we are rewinding the motor it is best to use the same size and turns of wires that were on the motor before

      It's called Nomex paper class F insulation and I buy it from the shop where I buy the winding wire and it's also available online

    Rated line current is 13.5 amp. Therefore rated per phase current is 7.8 amp.
    14 SWG 2mm dia wire is required for stator winding. The wire in the video indeed looks like 14 SWG 2mm dia. 22.5 SWG is wrong. 22.5 SWG is approx 0.75mm dia and will pass 1 amp only. The wire in the video is not 22.5 SWG

      4 parallel 22.5SWG windings in 4 layers will pass 4-4.5 amps only. The phase current in this case is approx 8 5 amps, so you need 17-18SWG wire .
      SWG 22.5 is 0.65mm dia. The wire shown in the video is at least 1.5mm dia.
