i wouldn't say that, this took me a while to beat, mainly because of that damn buffed infernape with the mons i was trying to use. i really regret not standing by wanting to swap out members more often lol
@@Iris_Descent Brother when I go to do the first move of scyther they kill it by the ice attack and then the electric one kills it too and it is level 47
generally just lower the attack stat they don't need while raising either the attack stat they use for slower, bulkier mons (i.e. primarina) or speed for the fast and frail ones (i.e. mienshao, scyther)
also do you think minimal grinding mode really effects how good the pokemon are because i have it turned off and im not sure wether the fight will go the same as you because of it
minimal grinding mode definitely has an effect. no attacking EVs means some damage rolls are no longer guaranteed KOs, or KOs at all, and vice-versa with defensive EVs. hell, mons using booster energy may also get the wrong stat, like jolly nature gouging fire

Nidoking has a Timid nature (increased speed) and maxed out speed EV's.
