Thanks a lot. I’ve got a fully Vecoven expanded JX10. The PWM upgrade was extremely difficult to install, because of the very complex wiring. In comparison the new PWM upgrade (working for JX8P and JX10/MKS70) is quite easy to install.
Is the iPG800 ipad controller app compatible with the vecoven mods on a JX-8P? The app developer's website and info on the app store seems to be from 2017, and expressly says it works on a vecoven JX-10 super, but says nothing about the JX-8P. That'd be great if so - I see the ipad here in the video. Hence the ask. Cheers!
Is it just pulling out the old eprom and fitting the new flash module or is there a series of adjustments to be made on the 8P? Vecoven manual mentions about bootloader etc which İ am not aware of.
By the way, after the rom swap do we make any other adjustment on the 8P or is it simply plug and play? And their manual says that the flash module comes with à Rom B. Does this mean that the old Rom B still stays there?

JX8p is like a CS80... dull and warm and big.

It works for most of the parameters. You won’t have the new PWM parameters though.

The flash ROM is just a swap, for the PWM Upgrade components need to be desoldered.
