An interesting "feature" of Tavern Brawler: If you cast spike growth then wild shape, your spike growth will get tavern brawler damage bonus. Normally doing 2d4 (4 average) per 5ft,/1.5m, and now doing 9 average per tick with strength potion. Two ticks of damage, and you are at Flame Wall of damage, yet for a much larger area.
Moon Druid is great... you spend 30 minutes creating your character, you're really looking forward to the run... everything sounds perfect... then you notice that you're constantly missing dialogues because you're in animal form. You miss soooo many conversations between companions and NPCs because the dialogue isn't triggered after a battle because you're in animal form. Transforming back after every fight isn't an option either...
There are a few instancea where you get reverted out of wild shape. Sometimes, the dialogue occurs, but it takes place with another member of your party (still not ideal). I've also been lucky to find that if the npc needs to walk to you to start the dialogue, then (with some fast fingers) you can get out of wild shape.
I played a Forest Gnome druid. It was funny watching the smallest member of the group transforming into a Polar Bear and mauling the toughest enemies to bloody ribbons.
I love the lil guy to big guy concept. I played a Kobold who was tired of serving dragons and being treated like shit. So I made a deal with giants to learn their magic (Rune knight fighter) so I could "become a real dragon" and fight back. I also tapped into my internal draconic power (Draconic sorcerer). I loved going from a small lil guy with chihuahua energy to a huge behemoth..... with chihuahua energy.
If this is your main character I suggest using dex gloves so you can get 16 in wisdom and charisma also if you are using all your spells lots don’t waste them use good berry and you will be able to use them for long rests
I like Duergar for the innate enlarge which works on wild form. I also like to dual wield torches as Shillelagh works on them making for a great early game damage source. Otherwise I dig the build :)

Ty for this fun build 🎉 but not recommended for honor mode. even in tactian its not so easy to buy a lot of posions, they cost a lot of gold and you also need to get good gear for your party. posion dependent builds are tricky and keep you from the narritive flow.
