Calibrating your Bluelab Soil pH Pen

  • Do you have a Bluelab Soil pH Pen to test your soil? If so, you need to calibrate it at least every 30 days. In this video, I will demonstrate the procedure to calibrate it. It is an easy task requiring only 2 solutions. One at 4.o pH and one at 7.0 pH.

    You need to twist the tip first to loosen up then pull the probe

    hi Wayne, so after calibration, to test soil to you just stick probe into ground then get a reading on unit? Thanks for video btw.

      Yes, use the dabber you remove that covers the tip to create a hole, then stick the probe tip in the hole and wait until the reading stabilizes. Thank you for visiting and have a great day.
