He wanted Mike to keep messing with the trucks, because he wanted Hector to have to come to Gus for his distribution. It gives him the control over Hector.
I know that youve reacted to this a while ago, but I think Gus' reaction was that his plan worked out. He compromised Hector's supply line on purpose knowing Hector would come to him and do something like this. Part of the long play. I imagine you guys likely already figured that out by now lol. A wonderful episode altogether - Gus, to Hector appears like he's on the backfoot, but it was all part of his plan, and Kim and Jimmy, over the playing of the tape thing, Chuck and Howard seem like they have a slam dunk, and have put Kim and Jimmy on the backfoot - yet that 'Bingo' in the end suggests, again, it is somehow part of their plan. Gus taking over the transportation of Hector's drugs is exactly what he wanted. That's why he smirked as he was cleaning up the restaurant. His plan is working. Imagine if it were the opposite situation and Hector took over the transportation of Gus' drugs, that would be bad for Gus. So Hector thought that when he came into the restaurant with his goons and acted all tough, that Gus caved into his demands, when in reality, this is exactly what Gus wanted, and he has more power.
i assume y'all already got the next few episodes edited, but as a note for the future. during the Spanish scenes, even if you can't show the footage due to copyright it would be great if the captions were edited in whenever they're not shown on screen. even after watching this show 10+ times i still can't remember most of whats said in Spanish, as with most people i imagine. would just be helpful to know whats going on in those moments.

Pretty sure she is strictly there in a mediator capacity only, because both parties are agreeing and wish to do this. Her refusing the agreement because of a bias she has is completely unprofessional and wouldn't make any sense because she is hired by chuck and this is what he wants ultimately. So, if she does refuse to do the agreement, she just wouldn't get paid and Chuck will just find somebody else to do the exact same job she is put out to do.
Unfortunately they cut it for the reaction, but the content of what Jimmy said in his apology was very telling. Remember he ends it with "because we're brothers". Basically his apology was also highly implying what he feels Chuck should say to *HIM* for pulling this scam on him in the first place.

After watching Breaking Bad you are aware that Gus is an extremely formidable advisory. You can be sure that he has been plotting his revenge for the death of his partner Max since then to the final execution of Don Eladio. This is just part of the plan thanks to Mike.
You guys should turn off the auto focus on your camera. Set it manually and make sure you're in focus when you start recording. Much more reliable, you can't trust the auto-focus on any camera, especially one like this with a really shallow depth of field
