- We made a few mistakes. Should've had cardboard under my truck and safety glasses on BUT.... Gus learned a lot. Enjoy. Ill let you know how the upr plug worked on next oil change.
Such a great dad man. Youre raising some incredible young boys who are gonna be great men when they are older💯
Appreciate it. I hope so
i remember the good ol shoulder slaps back when i was a kid lol great seeing you teach your kid these things and not getting upset with him for covering you with oil but rather using it as a teaching moment! Good on you Lucas 🍻
Thank you. It was my fault not telling him to keep plug in and let oil ease out
Like you said mistakes happen and thats how we all learn, keep it up! @reallifelucasblack
Looks like you’re using an Alabama socket set 😂, I love your posts!
Always fun to work with my kids I taught my girls to change oil tune ups and last summer we did a complete rebuild on my daughter's 2004 chevy monte carlo great time and lifetime memories.
That’s how you do it. Good job
@@reallifelucasblack thanks
😂 Your videos are so FUN to watch! I enjoy them more then anything current on TV! ❤ You are SO GOOD with your boys when things "happen" unexpectedly. You always seem to react calmly and without frustration! What an amazing father and example! 💪🥰❤️
It takes Jesus.
@@reallifelucasblack, Jesus gets us through life. He never stopped believing in me even after I stopped believing in him. He saved my life twice, and my eyes have been open for a long time now. All things are possible with the Lord's unconditional love.
It's a learning process. Great job having your son participate. 👍
Brother, I can't get enough of Y'all and your fun videos. Love what you're doing, love what you're standing for keep doing the good work god bless!
Awesome, I started my boys early hunting, fishing, farming and fixing things. The oldest is starting high school and entered ROTC basic leadership training this week and diesel mechanic classes
Appreciate y’all
Reminds me of when I was growing up. My Dad did the same thing with me. Next lesson was spark plugs. Good job Lucas.
Love the videos. Spray some simple green on the stain and let it sit for a day. Then rinse water over it. Works for us.
I finally got my dream car last month. A 71 monte. Even put the same wheels and tires on it. That was used in Tokyo drift. And I finally got my movie with you in it. Sling blade. That was my family’s favorite movie
An awesome movie! I have a Doyle Hargraves Band t shirt. Also one with him naming JD Shellnut. Dwight played the funniest role in that movie!
Man I remember when I was young getting them slaps on the back when I had no shirt on😂
Gus' commentary is priceless! If you are not teaching your kids how to do everything you know, you are handicapping your kids.
Great job Lucas making them boys tough 💪
Love this!! Nice work Dad!
Hate the plug and cross member on my truck, you learn once not to yank it straight out.!! Oil like Niagra falls!
love your content thanks for the vids..... especially the fishing
The only thing missing with them channel lock pliers...is a cup of coffee in your other hand 😉
Changing the oil and a flat tire are skills he's going to need .
Keep up the great Dad to son info videos my friend... Reminds me of all those great times working with my Dad down here in Tuscaloosa. Roll Tide!
I am laughing but been there a bunch of times your teaching him good
I live just North of B’ham. Been a fan of your acting for many years. Just watched Birthright Outlaw. One of my favorite so far… Proud of the Alabama man.
That's good stuff right there!
Good hurricane clean that oil stain right up!
Bravo! Always good to teach the children life skills. I remember teaching my son an a Cavelier yrs ago. He cross threaded the bolt! lol
All my best to you and your family from Naples Florida. 👍
Tried one of those gimmicky oil plugs on my dad's truck probably 20 years ago. It took forever for the oil to drain so I took it out and pitched it. Hopefully that one works better.
Hi Lucas, Big fan all the way from the Solomon Islands in the south pacific. I've been a fan since tokyo drift. I just recently found out that your a conservative dad with great Christian values which makes me super stoked. I am about to be a dad soon and i love the way you teach your kid to do manual work. God Bless.
I guess you should have called Pride, so there would not be a mess.😅 love your channel
Yap this fellow is 💯 over 💯 for sure , love this channel an have watched about all his movies good stuff.
Living good in this shit economy. God speed brother
Good job., a little mess tells you, you are doing. a goodjob. What my dad told me.
Got a love a Ford with the side mounted oil plug.
Nice 👍
Get you some LA’s Totally Awesome from your local Dollar Tree. I think Home Depot has it too. That stuff works awesome for cleaning up oil stains.
Put one of those UPR plugs in my Bronco. Worth every penny.
You can thank the special engineers for that plastic plug.
Dude you make me want to keep working on being a better man✌🏼
Appreciate it
Thank you for great vids!
It's great you teaching him but show him the correct tool for the job wrenchs and sockets
Love from Tn brother!
All good here 👍
Wouldn't be so messy if the engineers would have to change the oil themselves......
New vehicles have the plastic twist open drains. My new Buick dows, any how.
They also make oil pan drain valve that you screw in easy just turn the valve when you change the oil
Simple green will clean up that oil stain. Pour it straight in the pavers on a hot sunny day. Let it sit about 10 minutes and rinse.
Haven't seen you that oiled up since Jarhead.....
Them Channelocks are made 15 miles from where I live Lucas, i know guys who work there.
Lucas why when they did the premiere of fast and furious 7 and 9 were you not there?
Nonyubusinaz.
I do this once every 6 comps 😂
If your wife is like mine, she’s gonna love that new oil stain on the driveway. 😂
Next vid we change the pavers out
@@reallifelucasblack 😂
We all know it's mobil one my man. lol
in future can we see you in fast and furious series
Where is the red EVO? 😄
Or the green Mustang
Im just wondering Do you own the cars from fast movies?
I saw them them taps after u lubed up the rim
Hey Lucas man do you have a black fitted 77X hat that I could order? I’d really like to buy one just wish it could help me catch more fish lol
Sempre vou ver ele como sean boswell tokyo drift kkkkk deveria ter a continuação na época, infelizmente na epoca as pessoas nao entendenderam o como realmente aquele velozes e furiosos foi o melhor
Nothing wrong with getting a little oil on you when changing oil.
That just looked to nice of a tee shirt and hat to be changing oil in.
Great dad and person but please somebody buy him a ratchet and a set of sockets. Pliers are not good for everything. Oh ya and a filter wrench
They had to make something for you ford drivers because they know that y’all have issues with things that are a little complicated
If ya ain’t making a mess ya ain’t doing it right 👍👍
