I’m a Yankees fan, but Vogt gave us that game. You don’t pitch to Stanton. I was shocked considering he had out managed Boone throughout the series. Boone made the same mistake pitching to Noel, who everyone with a brain knew was going to swing for the fence. Those were 2 situations where the only thing that could change the game was a home run. Cleveland outplayed the Yanks through out that game til that decision completely changed the narrative.

Mr. Dolan......Please spend just a little bit this off season.....PLEASE!!!!!! If you can sign 2-3 starting pitchers (4 Guards are FA this year) and a hitter in the outfield.......Your chances of getting a WS win for the LAND is very possible........

Agreed. Here's my take: we should resign Bieber, Boyd, Cobb, and Lively. We have the first shot at them and maybe a little discount some. And even though it will cost a lot of money, we would control the SP market at the trade deadline. If those 4, Bibee, Williams, and Cantillo are all doing good, we can trade some of them at the deadline for really good players.

With Jazz Chisolm hitting .109 following Stanton, he would have been an easy out and absolutely would NOT have homered there. The Guardians almost surely win 2-0 if they walk Stanton there. You must not have ever been to Cleveland or if you did you only saw a small part of it. Regardless people like you who make such negative statements invariably have a negative attitude about themselves.
Fix that tendency to judge yourself and the tendency to judge people and places will fix itself.

How is a division that sent 3 teams to American League series play offs a crappy division? Obviously they weren't a crappy division at all, but damn good. You just have no clue what you are talking about!! 🙄
