If they ever do a revival of The Greatest Showman, I think Mr. Karimloo would make a magnificent Barnum (but then, I think he would be extraordinary in just about any role he chose to take).
He has one of (well imo the best) voices in musical theatre , he is literally about the only person who could do this better than the original. It's Hughs song for sure but my God Ramin this was amazing #raminforbarnham
Ramin absolutely has the greatest voice I have ever heard in my life. To even try to explain or quantify the gift that he has and that he gives is almost impossible.Yet I'm compelled by my gratitude for the intensity and depth to which Ramin moves and touches my soul. Les Mis had already been my all-time favorite show since the original, his Valjean completely redefined the score for me forever. Where I typically tend to gravitate toward a powerful female belt ... longing for those one or two moments in a show where my hair stands on end and I feel an adrenaline rush throughout my body, somehow, nearly every note out of this man's mouth creates that reaction in me every single time. It's breathtaking and magical to experience.

@@CynicalCharmerHugh Jackman is an outstanding singer and from a technical point of view the better vocalist (this is a very challenging song for a Baritone, cause it starts at the low end of the vocal range (which a Tenor like Karimlo obviously can't do, so they skip this part)) and gets quite high. I also prefer a bariton voice for this song. But that's personal taste

Such a sensation. He blew me away as the Phantom. I nearly just been so completely absorbed and surprised by the intensity of this musical. If my mom wasn't ill, I am sure she would have loved to see this phenomenal musical. And of course, he was just mesmerizing along with Sierra in the video. I have to thank those who were able to post the 2011 Phantom of the Opera. I have the original recording of he London cast on CD. But no video. He has the presence for the role and would make a nice cameo as well) Young Barnum, Charity, and kids - I don't really know any of the child/teen actors on broadway, but maybe someone who played Les in newsies or Gavroche who is a little older now so they have some stage presence, a younger girl from Anastasia or Matilda maybe so again they have stage presence and won't be too intimidated... I don't really know, fill in with your picks.
Ensemble - find a place for these people, this is my dream cast after all: all understudies listed, Corey Cott, Aaron Tveit, Kara Lindsay, Kevin Massey, Michael Compayno, Jennifer Dinoia, P!nk (put her in the troupe, it would be amazing), any of the troupe from Pippin, Tommy Bracco (especially as one of the thug/bullies who burns down the theatre), Ben Fankhauser, Ben Platt
This would be a really expensive cast but totally worth it!
