Good info. Why not profile Leawood and Prairie Village and Westwood and Fairway and Roeland Park and Mission Hills. Would love to see some videos on this eastern Johnson county areas...

Great advice, I appreciate the suggestion Eric! Which of those cities (or two) would you like to see first?

@@kcsuburbs Leawood and Prairie Village in particular, are key areas that are seeing massive amounts of tear downs and rebuilds within well established neighborhoods (of course this is happening much more in Prairie Village). A look at either/both of these cities that run the length of Eastern Johnson County (East of Nall) would be fantastic. Turning Grandma's home on 85th and Lee Blvd into a newly renovated structure that is ripe for a young family, has become incredibly popular, and an attractive alternative to the new builds that dot the areas of south OP and Lenexa. No one is tackling that and I think it would be nice to see some conversation (videos) around that topic. Thanks

@@ericbowie-qt2f2bb59 You're exactly right! Some of the streets I grew up on are completely unrecognizable after this huge wave of tear downs and remodels. I'll add this video idea to the top of my list Thank you!

Lenexa is a nice area but hate Lenexa police! I’m always back up the Blue but I still think Lenexa Police are one of the worst/annoying in state of Kansas. Olathe and Lenexa can’t beat out Overland Park number one best education, location, and the safest. Nice try Lenexa! 😉😂 I live in Overland Park almost my whole life.

@@kcsuburbs Sorry I didn’t give you the specific reason. Lol! Ok, bare with me on this?! I’ve been pulled over by Lenexa police three times when I used to work at Fed Ex Ground (Lenexa Hub). Here’s my top three list they pull me over for….1.) Only “ONE” light bulb ran out on my license plate. 2.) I just got off work and it was 11 pm. I was right behind the Lenexa police car after he just recently pulled over a motorcycle and then I was going to turn right at a stop light on 95th & Quivira Rd. Btw, I DID SLAM THE BRAKES IN A COMPLETE STOP before I turn right. There were literally nobody there, no cars, and no traffic. Right after I turn right on Quivira Rd., the Lenexa police hit the siren to pull me over. Guess what he said to me? He said I didn’t stop completely. I guess I didn’t stop long enough? 🙄 3.) Lenexa Police officer pulled me over and though I didn’t have my seat belt on. A freakin’ seat belt? You see? It’s a waste of time and annoying, right? I just want to be left alone. Lenexa police are not racist at all, they just don’t like anybody. Heck, my Uncle is a high level/rank Overland Park Police officer! He was off-duty and got pulled over from Lenexa police officer over something, forgot what it was but yeah it crazy! I think there’s something you should warn your clients if they decided living there? When I was growing up in Overland Park, the police department used to be just like Lenexa is doing now. Overland Park Officers don’t pull over like that anymore. They should be focusing on real crimes anyway, not silly little stupid stuff like I mentioned my top three. Lol! Have a great weekend and sorry about my long ass message here. 😂🤙🏽✨
