I agree, quality>quantity. They may have only answers 3 questions is 17 minutes but Jordan provided a well thought out answer of substance, and the longest answer he gave was delivering the Gospel

Agreed, that was probably the most important question that was asked and answered. His response encouraged me as a believer to have a more thoughtful and thorough response when asked about salvation, because like he said, it’s simple but not simplistic.

I reallyyyy appreciate how everything Jordans responds with is theologically sound and is almost always accompanied with scripture! And I loveee Milenas practical and soft responses! Hi Milena and Jordan! I’ve been following y’all’s channels for a while now and I have learned soooo much from your lifestyles as fellow young Christians. For what it’s worth I just wanted to give you some feedback about how in depth you go with questions (or a general topic when it’s not a Q&A video). I really love when you get “off track” and start diving deep into a certain topic, sometimes I get so tied in and am loving what I’m hearing and then the flow gets cut off because you guys are worried about moving on to the next question/topic. I think this podcast’s audience would HIGHLY benefit from the episodes being longer and allowing these amazing conversations between you two to be fully fleshed out. Just my personal opinion:) thank you for being such a strong Godly presence on the internet in a world that needs Jesus more than ever!

God has been so faithful and we have now become members at a small community church that teaches the full gospel!!! Praise Jesus!

We like traveling together, playing pool, relaxing on a hammock, or being outside (walking in nature). No kids yet. We like doing outside activities together basically. Inside, we have separate hobbies and that’s what works for us, which I think allows us to be our individual selves in our own home. Also, I like the way you explained salvation to people, Jordan. On the hobby conversation I wanted to share what my husband and I do together. We both have our jobs during the day but on top of that we have enjoyed working with cattle since we got together 10 years ago. And even though it’s gotten so big and has turned into a business, it doesn’t feel like work. It still feels like a hobby we do together but it just makes money also. So my advice is to find something you both love to do together and do it on the side. Who knows, it might become super successful.

Jordan is so well spoken and articulate with the way we conveys what he’s trying to say. Amazing! I’ve always loved Milena but id love to show my husband Jordan so he has a man to learn from and l a woman to learn from. Myself and my husband are going on 12 years together, 5 children (10 and under) and I’m only 25. I’ve found a man of my youth and God it’s been a journey and we haven’t been the best with following Christ. My husband isn’t really a believer anymore but had a dream last night that was so real and vivid and specific about the after life and redemption that he came downstairs crying and swore God was talking to him. I’m not sure if it will help him find his way back to God but like Milena said in her recent video with her sister and the other woman (don’t want to butcher her name lol) I’m just going to continue to pray for my husband in all steps in life and if I’m living and walking in Jesus’ footsteps, I have hope that he will too! Love these podcasts and definitely wouldn’t mind more videos with more of Milenas friends on different topics of being a woman of tradition and God in todays society, especially in America, raising children and the role of the mother, being a better wife etc.

I feel you. There is a big stigma that comes from the differences in Catholicism and Protestantism. Going back to the history of the Christian church and especially before the reformation and with the Catholic Church persecuting the Protestants…today there are still differences in some main beliefs, but I don’t believe it’s as majorly an issue as it was hundreds of years ago

I think your comment is a projection of what you’ve experienced. I had the same same experience but the opposite from my mother-in love.
However, as a Christ Jesus follower and Bible believer/student, I can say that we (Christ followers) preach the gospel of our Lord Jesus so we pray directly to Him because only through Him are we redeemed, saved and reconciled to our Heavenly Father; the Holy Spirit who lives in us by the redemption of Christ as messiah, The true and only Lord and Savior, is our helper, and our counselor.
I’m so sorry for what was done to you and for those awful experiences but know that as a child of The Most High GOD, our commission is to share the Good News; preach the gospel, heal the sick, cleanse the leper, raise the dead (those dead in Christ) and to make disciples of Christ Jesus as only He is the living word, son of man and the only begotten son of Heavenly Father 🙏🏼✝️🩸. Prayerfully my comment comes out with the love of knowing that we are to go straight to our Heavenly Father and if and when we ask anything according to His will for us all in our Lord Jesus Christ Holy Name 🙏🏼; The only mediator being Christ Jesus who cleansed us, gave us worth and covers us with His Holy blood, then only then can we truly start to have a relationship with our Heavenly Father. This is why Jesus sacrificed himself for us because He is the only way to for us to have salvation. There’s no other name but the name of Jesus and only through Him can we walk through the narrow way into our Heavenly Father’s arm, amen 🙏🏼

Something I think of about having a SO that is addicted to porn is that you can’t help them with the addiction if you take it as something personally against you. Porn addiction is about the imbalance of the person addicted. Please don’t take it personally or it will tear at you and build resentment. Then, you can go alongside your spouse without judgment and go about healing.

Acts 2:38 “And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” baptism is an important part of being saved. @@vannahrael7264 biblically it is a command and something we have to do. Yes we are certainly saved by grace, but that doesn’t negate the command to be baptized and buried in the watery grave and raised to walk in newness of life. We have to consider all of the new testament and the commands for the church in its entirety. If you miss baptism, you are missing a huge chunk.
      Mark 16:16

I think Christians shouldn't have real hobbies because hobbies are a distraction, it is something you love doing and you are distracted from the Lord because your heart your mind and your strength are concentrated on another thing, your hobby
Plus the Lord on the Old Testament said, (this is a image of the New Testament spiritually) you have six days to work then the seventh day you will consecrate this day to me, and in Deutoronomy he said to love him with all our heart our mind our soul and our strength all the days of our life and to talk about his commandments, his Word (because this is talking about our lover, Jesus and admiring his every being his character, moral) all throughout the day when we wake up when we walk travel when when we go to sleep, that's means he wants us all day long! We are in the New Testament the Shabbat is not only the Saturday this is an image that we will enter the rest of God and this is every day ! Why because all works has been accomplished and finished by Jesus on the cross! We are in rest we now being saved in him we are now working through his rest, Shabbat!
Having a hobby is superficial and empty, the Lord is the living Water ! Being in the Word is refreshing like fresh waters ! We are free but these are not useful, don't do like the world, watching shows, watching distractions... we are missing joy and time with the Lord for worldly shows!
All things are legitimate [permissible-and we are free to do anything we please], but not all things are helpful (expedient, profitable, and wholesome). All things are legitimate, but not all things are constructive [to character] and edifying [to spiritual life].
    1 Corinthians 10:23 AMPC
Everything is permissible (allowable and lawful) for me; but not all things are helpful (good for me to do, expedient and profitable when considered with other things). Everything is lawful for me, but I will not become the slave of anything or be brought under its power.
    1 Corinthians 6:12 AMPC
Therefore see that you walk carefully [living life with honor, purpose, and courage; shunning those who tolerate and enable evil], not as the unwise, but as wise [sensible, intelligent, discerning people], making the very most of your time [on earth, recognizing and taking advantage of each opportunity and using it with wisdom and diligence], because the days are [filled with] evil. Therefore do not be foolish and thoughtless, but understand and firmly grasp what the will of the Lord is.
    Ephesians 5:15‭-‬17 AMP
May love abound in your family and God bless you ❤

Hi! I read your comment and I see where your coming from. Anything that takes our eyes off Jesus is not worth our time/energy- I agree. But just to give my thought here... I think it's possible to praise our Creator while we do the things we enjoy (our hobbies). For example I enjoy making crafts. During the process im able to use the abilities God gave me, and after I can share with others what I've made. Is it bad that I wasn't reading my Bible or evangelizing during that time, instead? Nope. I say this out of love. Our greatest commandment (in the New Testament) is to love God with everything, then love others as we love ourselves. Not everyone is called by the Spirit to be homeless and preach the Good News on the streets. I think God uses our talents to show his glory and allow us to be a light to others. While the Bible shows us how to live out our Salvation there is not one perfect answer of how to do so. The Spirit inside us will guide on how we should spend our time. There are so many ways to praise and worship God and I don't believe having a hobby means we're separating ourselves from God.
I don't normally respond to comments, and though I'm not able to fully incorporate all my thoughts I hope you can understand where I'm coming from. I did enjoy hearing your point of view! Thanks for sharing

@@blairchetram2449 Hi ! Yes i understand your thoughts but like i said, the Lord said to love him with all your heart with all your mind and with all your soul and strength, and when you are doing crafts or a hobby like basketball your heart is not loving the Lord on action, your heart is concentrated on your sport or the example of craft, your mind is not thinking about the Lord your mind is thinking about the thing you are doing except activities where your hands know exactly what to do and during this your mind meditates the Word, this actually is good and helpful spiritually, and to stay to dwell in the Lord ! Your soul is not loving the Lord as well, you are enjoying the hobby, you enjoy making the craft, you are not enjoying the Lord himself. And your strength is not on loving the Lord as well, your strength is used on the activity you do if you have to think about it.
I'm talking about being distracted by an hobby, to not think about the Word, because truly dwelling in love is by dwelling in the Word, and by it we bear fruit
When you do something you always have a part of you a part of your heart that is on your hobby but we cannot serve two Masters
To love God is an action by when you are meditating and observing the Word and loving with all your heart
To love God is not only with by what our hands do, but your heart on action on his Word
To offer things is a way to show love and to glorify God, but to do an hobby isn't the principal way that God tells us to do
Because you cannot do anything with basketball, or football, or video games, or simular things
Even sometimes sewing is too distracting
These distractions are just for you, these are just for us, not for God
Being with the Lord and loving him is not limited to the time on your Bible reading and evangelising is a mission you can evangelise without loving the Lord and without knowing him like the Lord said in Matthew only those who do the will of God will enter the Kingdom of God
The people said i cast out demons I prophesied I did miracles in your name but the Lord will tell them openly that he didn't know them. Knowing them. He is speaking to us
“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven. Many will say to Me on that day [when I judge them], ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, and driven out demons in Your name, and done many miracles in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them publicly, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me [you are banished from My presence], you who act wickedly [disregarding My commands].’
      Matthew 7:21‭-‬23 AMP
Not everyone who says to Me, Lord, Lord, will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father Who is in heaven. Many will say to Me on that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name and driven out demons in Your name and done many mighty works in Your name? And then I will say to them openly (publicly), I never knew you; depart from Me, you who act wickedly [disregarding My commands]. [Ps. 6:8.]
      Matthew 7:21‭-‬23 AMPC
“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’
      Matthew 7:21‭-‬23 ESV
It is to keep his commandments if you really love him
The word for "knew" in "i never knew you" is "ginosko" it means i never had a relation with you, i never dwelled in you (you didn't dwelled in me)
      I never experienced you intimately
and in the New Testament his law didn't change the greatest commandment didn't change it is to love him with all our heart all our soul and the Lord said that the pharisee who was asking wasn't far from the Kingdom of God "Matthew 22:37 Mark 12:30
“Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” And Jesus replied to him, “ ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. The second is like it, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself [that is, unselfishly seek the best or higher good for others].’ The whole Law and the [writings of the] Prophets depend on these two commandments.”
      Matthew 22:36‭-‬40 AMP
Jesus answered, “The first and most important one is: ‘Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God is one Lord; and you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul (life), and with all your mind (thought, understanding), and with all your strength.’ This is the second: ‘You shall [unselfishly] love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.”
      Mark 12:29‭-‬31 AMP
His will is to be intimate with us to
Not our works but the heart that is united with him, a heart that "ginosko" him
Because without seeking to dwell in him continually automatically our flesh is working because apart from him we can do nothing and the deep of our heart is not completely pure it can have some pride and impurities in our hearts, the Lord wants to erase even the smallest pride in our heart because he wants us to fully be in him
It is written to keep his commandments on our hearts and to meditate it day and night
Because when we have work, we have school or being at home we do this and we don't take time to think and love the Lord but only what WE wanna do
It is written that the eternal life is to know God, Jesus, to "ginosko" him
And the kingdom of God is that!
      Why?
Missions we are doing are temporary
We have to do our calling but we are to love the Lord first to do that!
“If you [really] love Me, you will keep and obey My commandments.
      John 14:15 AMP
The one who really loves the Lord will seek to always keep his commandments always be close to his commandments to always think with all his heart his commandments and doesn't want to depart from them, he doesn't want to be distracted from him and if the person do become distracted (with an hobby or work or anything) he doesn't like it and prefer to meditate his Word and to love him he doesn't seek an hobby or things to do because everything about the Lord fills him ! He doesn't have time to do something else
He is the one who bears a lot of fruit and glorifies God because we see his devotion to the Lord and the fruit that comes with, the love, joy, gentleness all those that we need to cultivate in us ! suite --->

The angels are so happy in his presence that day and night they are shouting Holy Holy Holy is the Lord God !
That's should be us in the future! And the Lord sings about us too!
No the Lord is talking about observing his Word because observing his Word this is observing him and by observing him you will love him, observing his Word in everything we do throughout the day
To enjoy his presence because his being is so gentle and delightful !
To know him and want him like a man and his wife !
We should change in our hearts to see and to seek only him
You can do things but this shouldn't take before your pleasure in the Word and we cannot serve two Masters ! That's why we have to be wise.
The one who is wise is the one who truly love the Lord. He is the one he devotes himself to the Lord he actually act like one with the Lord
"Ahav" in hebrew is a verb, this is actually loving in action, and the Lord said the one who really loves him (on action) will keep his commandments
Yes God has given each one of us an ability, but what we have to focus is on the will of God
We have to do everything for the Glory of God you can do hobbies like crafts to offer at his glory but the first thing foremost is to do what he commands us said to us
praising God is about bearing fruit
And being a light is about bearing fruit because you can offer physical things to people but your heart needs to be pruned deeply in the roots and this is by dwelling in him, keeping his Word it purifies us and teaches us
We are always in the presence of the Lord, but we are present but focused on another thing
It can distracts us from him and miss things !
We shouldn't be like the virgins who are foolish but like virgins who are wise to prepare themselves for the groom
We cannot give him anything because everything is from him, we cannot give him something from our hands to say that we love God with it
The Lord wants you, he wants you
There is a way to do because the Lord has clearly said what he wants, what is will is.
He doesn't want just what your hands do, he wants your heart loving him, he wants your thoughts thinking about him because he is always thinking about you, he wants you to fully search his presence like he wants and desire to be with you but waiting for you to seek it
The way to do it and to live out our salvation is the way the Lord said it, clearly stated when you observe him and his Word, the Old and New Testament because the Lord Jesus doesn't change he is the same yesterday, today and forever
He is the same that he was in the Old Testament! We are now in his grace in the new covenant that is grace by the work of Jesus in the Cross! Don't despise the Old Testament because that is where the Lord speaks a lot! He didn't change. The Old is the New covenant hidden and the New Covenant is the Old covenant revealed, both are needed and indispensable to understand everything about the Lord and how to live ! Paul had revelation by reading the Old Testament for the New
The perfect answer is the will of God it is what the Lord wants and what he says in his Word, not what we want to do or what we say
The Spirit cannot speak by himself he takes what is to Jesus so the Spirit will guide us by what the Lord Jesus said
There is so much to talk about that and to considerate it is not full yes
Our joy should be on the Lord, our rest should be on the Lord, our pleasures and our delights should be on the Lord, like he said in Isaiah 58:14 , not by doing our hobbies
Doing hobbies brings us nothing, nothing, only God can fills you with life !
By loving God it changes how you love others because the more you become closer the more he can prunes you deeply so we are dwelling in love in every corner of our heart to truly love others and showing grace and humility and all the fruit of the Spirit and the 1 Corinthians 13 love continually
The Bible tells us everything we need to live out perfectly like the Lord wants! The perfect answer is knowing what is the will of God and we are to seek and observe that, in Ephesians it is written to be wise to be sensible, intelligent and to be discerning we have to sense and examine everything and keep what is good
      May God bless you 😊
