I like that Nik owned the fact that guys from 2015 excluding Cory Jo and Kelly O just didn't have the pride to rep like this group does. It starts with the biggest talent as well. Wiggins at that time was supposed to become "the guy" and has never demonstrated the want to play for Canada consistently. It's well documented that 3 years ago SGA litterally stood up during a meeting and declared his commitment to Canada moving forward. Big difference when your marquee player takes on that leadership role.
Keep the hoops coverage coming! Man this team is awesome
That Venezuela loss was rough, I’m glad the program has rebounded and on top now.
RJ played exactly as he’s playing now, for the Raptors. There is no difference lol. RJ avg 22/6/4 for the Raptors. He’s avg 23.5/5/5 in the Olympics…playing the same exact way. I think guys just don’t watch the games.
They're referencing the majority of his career to date which was with the Knicks
@@jaytse2269 But, only a casual wouldn’t note that he gets to play to his talents in Tor, and this is significant when talking about his play now. It’s an extension of his season with the Raptors. To not point this out is not giving an accurate perspective.
@@shannonferguson3029Ya hes in a more conducive system now and at NY he was the perpetual 3rd option
@@jaytse2269 exactly
Dillon brooks hand being so far off the ball in the thumbnail is so funny to me lmao
Go Canada!! SGA lead us to victory!!
If we're in that GOLD medal game, perhaps, switch out that Bud Light hat for a home brew. Gentle ribbing aside, great interview.
We talking about Nik Stauskus
Its all downhill for curling now 😢 , unlesssss Canada can combine the 2 sports somehow 🤔 hmmmm .
