2015 Ford F150 5.0 Rough Country Cold Air Intake Sound

This is my dads 2015 F150 with the 5.0 v8. Grabbed this rough country cold air intake for him for Christmas to get some more sound out of the coyote and this exceeded our expectations. Generates a lot of good sound from just an intake.

I’m thinking about buying one of these for my truck is their anything you don’t like about it ?

When we opened it up, the spot where they add the bits for the vacuum lines to slide onto had a lot of loose metal inside the intake. Took me about 15 minutes with some skinny tools to clean it all out so we didn’t send fragments Into the engine but other than that it’s been great so far

does it get better mpg and can you notice a difference in power or acceleration?

Honestly think everything stayed about the same other than the sound, I would assume
You’d need a tune to capture any gains from an intake
